Redefined Coffee House

I recently visited Redefined Coffee and tried both the Christmas Flight (with cookies) and the Fall Flight (served with Christmas cookies, as they were out of the fall ones). The drinks were delightful--thoughtfully crafted and full of flavor, perfect for the season.It did take a little while for our order to be prepared, but the cozy seating and welcoming atmosphere made the wait more enjoyable. That said, I wish they offered outdoor seating--it would be a great addition to their already inviting space.Overall, it's a charming spot to relax and enjoy seasonal flavors. Just be prepared for a small wait if it's busy!

came here the first day of 2025, and it was packed. was actually glad they were opened during New Years day. I wonder if they open on other holidays? Anyways, we ended up getting a latte and a cold brew.Obviously, the cold brew was quick to make, but the latte took a bit longer.... i suppose it takes time to make the latte art. I know during the holidays, they have a coffee flight where you can pick 3 different types of holiday drinks, that come with a small treat with each drink. I didn't try it this time, and maybe next time i stop by i'll check to see if they are offering a rotating flight list.very cozy place to drink coffee and get work done or catch up with friends.

The coffee is good but they are way too busy and their time estimates are not great. We ended up waiting for 35mins for coffee (given an estimate of 20mins max when we placed our order).We also tried a cinnamon roll and was very disappointing.The decor was on point tho, so giving them that credit!If you are coming to stay here then maybe this is a good option but for visitors, I'd recommend finding a different location.

Disappointing Christmas Coffee Flight--100% skip!Ambiance: The café is large with plenty of seating. We arrived at 10 AM on a Wednesday, and it was packed. Food & Service:- Tried the viral Christmas Coffee Flight Board. They ran out of cookies (only a few hours into service) and offered me macarons or a pastry, but gave my friend a random muffin without asking. - The menu claimed we could choose 3 out of 5 drinks, but we were told it was a set menu of the first 3 listed--totally misleading. - Drinks arrived lukewarm. The Gingerbread Latte lacked any gingerbread flavor, and the Apple Cider tasted like store-bought. The Peppermint Latte was decent but couldn't save the experience. TL;DR: Misleading menu, lukewarm drinks, and poor substitutions. Skip the Christmas Coffee Flight!

Nice quiet coffee shop to visit and enjoy a perfectly made coffee. I also got a jalapeño bread roll with a sausage inside. It was so tasty. I studied a little on my iPad and enjoyed quiet couch seating.

Love the cozy atmosphere, which feels comfortable and welcoming even when it's crowded. Staff is always polite and helpful, and the coffee is excellent. Haven't tried the pastries but there are loads to choose from. Definitely the best coffee bar in Grapevine.

If you're going to charge me $1.25 extra for honey I'm cool with it. If you grab a Heinz packet of honey and put it in my coffee I'm not cool with it. Simply gross. Sorry.

I really enjoyed this place on a quick little visit! The barista was very well informed and was so kind when it came to looking if the ingredients for their Pumpkin drink was gluten-free. I have had a few other coffee shops chuckle when I asked if their ingredients are gluten-free but they didn't here! The cold brew I got was delicious and had just the right amount of kick to it! I was incredibly grateful and will definitely be visiting again.

Coolest place ever!! They have private rooms and i brought my service dog. They gave him a pup cup and were so friendly. I have been to dozens of coffee shops but this is the one that stands out, service, quality, and vibes. not to mention that the people there are so friendly!

Been here at least three times. Service is good for the most part. Coffee is good. I've never gotten the same thing twice yet. First time I got the affagoto, second time I think I got a special and this time we got the Christmas flight and the sugar cookie cold brew. I love the decorations of this place but I do not like that people hog the seats for business purposes. This place does have space to rent out I think but sometimes I just want to sit for maybe 20 mins enjoy my coffee and dessert but can't cause all the people and their laptops are taking up space for over an hour. The first two times we couldn't even get a seat. The other day a lady by herself took 3 seats. One for her self another for her bag and another for her laptop. If it wasn't busy ok fine but it was packed. Parking lot is always busy no matter what time of day we come. I like the coffee so will come back.
