The quality of food has severely went down this past year. And now prices are egregiously high! I can longer support getting tough and flavorless food anymore.

The meat quality was not good. The bacon bits were the artificial salad topping they didn't offer ribs as a topping. Had to end up adding it as a rib sandwich. Overall I didn't care for this potato. I threw it in the trash and didn't want to put any more of that in my body. I'll admit the ribs were decent but not anything great still cheap low quality meat. The staff was friendly and the koolaid is the best I've had from a business

My husband and I ordered two of the barbecue bowls with one koolaid. This bowl tastes so good! There's Doritos, beans (gives sweet flavor), cheese, with brisket and green onions with a side of sour cream. This combination is so good! It was an ample amount of food, I couldn't finish it all but my husband could! I thought the koolaid was too sweet but my husband loved it. I called in our order and the employee on the phone was really nice, even funny. We arrived in drive through then let them know we were there, order was ready when we reached the window. The line moved pretty fast even though there was a long line when we drove off. This is a very casual barbecue spot in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas. I recommend the barbecue bowl, not sure about any other menu items. Will definitely be back!

Probably the most affordable chopped beef sandwich you can find in Dallas! But I guess it's just not as good as it used to be in quality or taste. Perks are they have a drive through and I got lucky service gave me extra BBQ sauce complimentary- and it's so much I definitely understand the charge for it.

Went to get a quote on quote fan favorite baked potato and instead of getting a bake potato they gave me a baked potato with so much juice at the bottom of the plate that it came in. The juice seeped through the brown bag and the plastic bag it was in. The flavors were nonexistent. I would rather get a baked potato from McDonald's if they had one. It probably would've tasted better smh

Ok where do I start?..I came here on Wednesday night August 3rd with my sneaky link we were in the mood for some bbq and this was the closest thing next to Terry blacks but everybody know Terry expensive af and we just paid rent..I read the reviews before coming and I honestly didn't have high hopes but we went anyway. We both ended up getting 2 potato's with the works and the best thing on the potato to me were the jalapeños I got brisket(chopped beef) and ham...lawd you know how disappointing it is to order brisket for it to be nothing special and the bbq ketchup that they call sauce?? It had the consistency of chunky spaghetti sauce ..yea it's gonna be a no for me dogKoolaid was good tho!

I visited 6/11/23 at 1230am ...I was recommended this place by a local as a great choice for late night bbq. The wait was about 15 minutes with two cars ahead of me. I ordered a hot link sandwich and side of potato salad. My total was $12.29. At first I was I thought it was a bit expensive for one single hotlink and side but I was shocked to see three whole hot links sliced into my sandwich. They ask if you want it mild, medium or hot. I got medium. The hot links themselves were real flavorful however I wish they were grilled or smoked longer. They honestly seemed as if they were boiled. They were sliced onto two slices of white bread , sauce and topped with another slice of bread. The "bbq" sauce was horrible. It taste like pizza sauce with a hint of bbq. Definitely don't recommend. I think the medium was in reference to the sauce heat level which didn't make a difference to me. The bread was soooo soggy and for the 15 minute wait, my food was lukewarm. However I ate the hot links and to my surprise, there was a third slice of bread on the very bottom that wasn't completely soggy. So that was nice. The potato salad was good, nothing special tho. I don't think I'd come back soon but I'd definitely give them another try down the road. I absolutely love supporting black owned business and this one definitely has the potential to be amazing!

One is too expensive the food is kind of tough I spend $24 on a baked potato there yesterday I went to TD's barbecue right down the street from records barbecue and I got the same baked potato for $13 50 fully loaded shop brisket sour cream cheese onions and a pound of ribs all they cost me $34 I'm sorry $37 at records the other cost me two times in amount but I got a whole baked potato what it cost me $50 I will never go to records again not that I know that titties got the same food for less money

I am not being facetious. This was terrible, I could leave a -5 stars I would. $45 for a loaded potato with chili like beef and prechewed like link and a 4 rib sandwich with 3 tough unseasoned cut in half ribs. And I think I have Diabetes from the Sugar-Aid... it would be great as a dessert. What happened, this use to be soo good. I will NEVER eat here again or refer anyone.
