Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This is a curbside review. We order through their app usually 2 or more time a month Wife does the kids meal and I do the 3 tenders box. I must admit our orders have always been ready and hot when picking up and you can do curbside, drive-up or walk in when there. I will walk in 90% of the time and there is always someone theie to great and offer assistance which I appreciate being acknowledged. So it's a quick in and out for us on them busy nights.

This location is right beside the new sweetie pies, which I never knew it even existed before! The first initial impression was that it could be a booger to get to if you're traveling west on 820 since you've got to do a u-turn then immediately get all the way over to turn into the parking lot. Thankfully I caught the light and had no trouble getting in! The drive-thru line was wrapped around when I visited around 1pm on a Sunday afternoon, but I found out why. The menu boards were down so there was a cashier outside taking orders one at a time instead of two. The cashier was friendly though! She made sure we got exactly what we were craving and had a smile too. I will say my fries weren't the best, they resembled the off brand frozen crinkle fries from Walmart. They weren't fluffy, I don't like crunchy crinkle fries. But my husband does, so it wasn't an issue really. Normally Cane's fries have some fluffy ones. Great experience altogether!

I am so glad that Canes is in FL! Welcome to the sunshine state. Love this food, love the service, its in a great location that is very accessible.

Ordered on door dash, chose the option for no slaw, extra toast. Did not receive either. Also ordered an extra order of french fries and those were not included either. Stay away from this location.

Raising Cane's. Home of one of best sauces and buttery toast. And this location is fantastic!Closest location of Raising Cane's by far and my favorite by far which deserves so much better here on Yelp in my opinion. I mean...they have a disco ball, the most modern arrangement & decor, and the friendliest Cane's staff I've encountered. Everything we've been served was piping hot and the seats and tables aren't sticky or dirty with crumbs. Lots of seating and the bathrooms are just as clean as the seating area! With that being said, the prices are decent, but the fries, chicken, and coleslaw are just average. To reiterate...the TOAST and SAUCE people!! Must-have with any order!! Also I recommend ordering any chicken tender platter instead of the Sandwich which I find to lack sauce and be very lackluster in being a "chicken sandwich". You can also subsitute any of the sides (coleslaw, bread, fries) that you are not fond of with an extra of whatever you choose, love that you have that option. Solid experience and yummy chicken!

Very Disappointed! Wanted Canes for a family dinner. We enjoy Canes from time to time and normally buy from the one near the speedway, which always tastes amazing. This new Canes in NRH was absolutly terrible. Fries and chicken all tasted like they were cooked in really old grease. I wasted around $45 dollars for my family and I won't be returning to this location. Nor do I recommend it.

The drive thru line is beyond slow and unorganized. Today at lunchtime they had a girl working the drive thru with a mobile card reader. She used the inside of my car window as an armrest as she took my order. Then she proceeded to yell, "Jesus" over and over because the card reader wasn't reading my card. She smashed my card onto the reader so hard that she dropped it. Ridiculous. I do not recommend this Canes to anyone because it is slow and the food is never prepared all that well. Yuck to all of it.

Went there 12/23/21 around 615 pm and ordered two box combos and one Caniac combo. The box combos were correct but Caniac combo was supposed to have 6 chicken strips and it only had 4. They were pretty small too. I might revisit this location but it's less likely now. No receipt in the bag.

Worst Raising Canes I have ever been too! The kids that work there are nothing but little punk kids who have absolutely no care or respect for other people, they have zero customer service and have no business serving people food! Absolutely disgusting customer service... Extremely disappointed in this Raising Canes... the chicken was rubbery and cold, the fries were soggy and wet! Will absolutely NEVER return to this Raising Canes and I will definitely spread the word to others to stay away!
