Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Good service. Friendly employees. Food average. Prices and portions are laughable. Ridiculous. It should not cost $29 for 2 people to eat fast food!

Raising Canes Chicken is located in the Market Street shopping center off E Broad in Mansfield, TX, serving their famous chicken tenders and toast!We decided on a quick bite before we ended our night, so we pulled through the drive-through and placed our order. The restaurant specializes in chicken tenders and is well known for the Canes' sauce and their signature buttery toast. We went ahead and placed an order for 6 tenders and a side of fries. The drive-through was fairly crowded but moved pretty fast, and I got my order at ease. The chicken was crispy and golden fried to perfection. The cane sauce complemented it very well and was also tasty with the fries. The fries were your standard crinkle cut fries with seasoning sprinkled over them. They weren't as crispy and appeared limp in my opinion but were edible. I enjoyed the ketchup packets they provided where you can either dip or squeeze the ketchup. Overall A-OK place for standard fast food. The prices were decent as well as the customer service. I'm looking forward to maybe trying one of the chicken sandwiches next time in the future and their sweet tea with a side of coleslaw.

The food here was fine and it definitely satisfied the fast food craving. BUT my sister and I both had the runs after eating here. It's a same though because the interior in this Canes location specifically is really nice and clean.

Best canes location i've been to by far, speedy and friendly service from all the staff, delicious food, and clean amenities throughout the establishment. Personally I would recommend going inside to get your food even if you are taking it out. Just because the waits are generally shorter inside. Never had any sort of issue here, order is always right and greeted with smile every time.

Always fresh always hot!!! Super friendly fast service!!! The sauce is the best!!! Drive thru is very quick, no waiting.

Just look at the picture! I ordered a Cane's Box with extra extra fries and it was truly an unpleasant box I received. Such a disappointing visit, however the staff was pleasant

Really wish this Cane's in Mansfield could be par with what they advertise or better than the one off 360 ‍. Their "tenders" are nugget size. They seem to get smaller and smaller. And it truly is disappointing. When I pointed it out to their rude manager, he said he has been getting lots of complaints about their size also but too bad so sad they cannot do anything about what their suppliers supplies. My box combo with nuggets ?! He said the only thing he can do is give me 2 more smaller nuggets full of crust (more crust less chicken). If it wasn't for my daughter loving this place, I wouldn't come here, just a waste of money. Service was not great either. It's been that way since they opened in Mans. I told the manager they shouldn't serve this to their customers so he closed the drive thru window in my face. Plus their fries are really soggy and taste like old oil. Least of my worries though. Unfortunately, this Mansfield location is close to my house and my daughter gets what she wants. I also had to stomach ordering cater from here for my daughters birthday. Way over a hundred bucks and all you see is tiny nuggets. Definitely not what they advertise. I guess I keep coming back in hopes they get better. My family loves their Cane's sauce and their toast. If the busy chcick fil a across the street had Cane's sauce and toast, I am sure we would never visit Cane's again. Pro: they were fast to bring out the food. con: it was because they have it sitting out for a long time preboxed with soggy fries. I asked the staff for a fresh box and they said it was fresh ‍. There is a chicken tender joint far from me in Richardson. Cane's should learn a thing or 2 from them. Once this Cane's get back up to par like what they advertise, Ill re-review this place.

The best Canes in the DFW area, and believe me, Ive been to plenty. I was greeted very warmly even at 11:45 when they were getting ready to close. The seats and tables were very clean and I liked the different decor they have here. The food was what you would expect, delicious. Great culture and good music. Would definitely recommend if you are ever in Mansfield!

Raising Canes is just blah. I like season coated chicken strips. Not like what I'm use to. The sauce is just a "sauce". Anywhooo, I'll just stick to cooking at home.
