Foodie Alert!! Radici is a cute hidden gem located in the Farmers Branch area offering delicious food but also exceptional service! As soon as you step inside, you're embraced with a warm cozy, candlelit ambiance that sets the perfect mood for the perfect date night! Although, strangely enough, from the outside, the restaurant can give off a vibe of being closed due to its dim lighting, which may not be a good thing for customers passing by.We began our dinner journey with some starters, dinner then dessert:Polpette - These meatballs are a gourmet blend of pork, beef, and veal, beautifully simmered in a rich and savory Pomodoro sauce.Beetroot & Burrata - This dish features roasted beets paired with creamy Burrata cheese, sprinkled with crunchy pistachios, drizzled with rose balsamic reduction, and accented by fresh mint. While the dish had a beautiful presentation, I expected more Burrata, so it didn't quite hit the mark for me. However, beet lovers would love this option! Lasagna Bianca - This comforting dish was served with white Bolognese sauce, aromatic sage, and delicate spinach pasta, all generously layered with Parmesan and a hint of nutmeg. I fell in love with this dish! It was sooooo creamy and bursting with flavor! Grilled Broccolini - This appetizer comes perfectly seasoned with savory bagna cauda and topped with crunchy breadcrumbs, To cap off our dinner, I indulged in a yummy dessert:Pistachio Olive Oil Cake - This moist cake is paired with vibrant blood orange marmalade and a dollop of crème fraîche, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and richness that left me wanting more.Overall, Radici offers dope dining experience with a fantastic lineup of dishes that showcase creativity and skills of Chef Tiffany! I definitely recommend! So go check them out and tell them Ms. Hope sent you!

Tried this out on a whim. Heard great things about this place and just had to try it out for ourselves. A few things to note up front: When making a reservation, they have a policy where they will charge you if you do not cancel 48 hours in advance but do not mention the amount. Keep that in mind. Also, they have fine print on their menus that if you pay with credit cards, you will be charged an additional 3.5%. So, pay cash if you want to avoid that additional charge. The place is very gray. Gray walls. Gray ceiling. Gray decor. Just cold and gray. Not exactly what I'd expect from an Italian restaurant with a large TV showing views of the Italian countryside. Decided to start with the Suppli al Telefono: Risotto croquette, pork sausage, chicken liver, pomodoro, smoked mozzarella, and basil pesto. Cooked very well. Great flavor. Nice and crispy with creamy mozzarella in the inside. We enjoyed them very much. My SO and I decided to split three pasta dishes. We went with:Lasagna Bianca: White bolognese, sage, spinach pasta, parmesan, nutmeg. Pomodoro alla Griglia: Chitarra pasta, tomato, garlic, olive oil, basil, garlic, Pecorino RomanoBolognese: Mafaldini pasta, 6 hour braised beef, veal, and porkLasagna Bianca - I did not care for it at all. I found it to be very salty and have way too much nutmeg. My SO thought it was "pretty good."Pomodoro alla Griglia - Sauce had an amazing smoky flavor that you could tell they roasted the tomatoes over an open flame before making the sauce. Very tasty. The pasta, however, needed another 30-45 seconds of boiling. They were waaaaaay too al dente. Too chewy and doughy in the center. I couldn't finish what I had put on my plate. Bolognese - This was our favorite. Sauce cooked and seasoned perfectly. Pasta texture was amazing. All of it was delicious. Would definitely order this again. The lasagna did not do this sauce justice. My SO ordered two cocktails and enjoyed both of them. For dessert, we split the pistachio olive oil cake. It was very good and moist. No complaints about that at all. It has some things it needs to improve upon. One being teaching the servers how to pronounce the dishes properly. As an Italian, it broke my heart to hear how everything was being pronounced. The others are cook time of the chitarra pasta and seasoning of the lasagna. We would go back again but probably wouldn't be first on the list for me.

First "Roots", now "Radici", roots in Italian, "raíces" next?!? Kudos to Chef Tiffany Derry. Another winner in hand. Comfortably seated the four of us were in Radici's open high-ceiling contemporary dining room this Saturday evening. Enthusiastic was our server of their menu. Delicious were Radici's fluffy "Rosemary & Garlic Confit Focaccia"; amazing "Culatello di Zibello, D.O.P."; silky "Bolognese"; enjoyable "pollo alla griglia"; and, delightful "Limoncello". Though all dishes are made to be shared, our table found each dish was served in small portions. Needing to individually order our own antipasti, primi, and, secondi courses to be shared in future visits!CHEERS!

Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Creative culinary experience.Lively and lush with vibrant, fragrant dishes for all to enjoy. We had incredible service! Well curated Italian dishes but all with a local nod to a Texas twist. Highlights fresh quality ingredients- all of your tastebuds will appreciate your dining experience at Radici. We enjoyed every morsel! Everything was tip top- my favorite was the meatball appetizer- whatever sauce those meaty nuggets were swimming in was one of the best things I've ever tasted. I wanted a giant bowl of pasta with that meat sauce.Go for a fantastic feast! Make a reservation today!

I had to experience my first Father's Day at Radici Woodfired Grill since I took my wife to Roots for her first Mother's Day! Radici absolutely added an unforgettable layer of overall joy in addition to the culinary experience offered by Chef Tiffany's new gem! We made a reservation for 5pm & were the first guests to show up. The greeter ( I forgot her name) who took us to our seats made it be known she wanted us to be comfortable, which set the tone for our experience. We sat next to the six-seat chef's table, where we could witness Chef Tiffany Derry and her team in action. This front-row seat to the culinary artistry felt like an exclusive Father's Day gift, offering an intimate glimpse into the meticulous care and passion behind each dish.Arthur, our waiter was filled with a wealth of knowledge regarding everything on the menu, which was music to my ears. The evening began with the rosemary and garlic confit focaccia which reminded me of my times in Italy. The main course Whole Branzino was a celebration of bold, robust flavors, perfectly cooked over the wood-fired grill. Sharing this exquisite meal with my family on such a special occasion made every bite more meaningful. For the drinks we ordered the Italian Soda which included a Splash of Cream & Kiwi, the Radici which consists of a balsamic Sparkling Delight and house made sweet tea. The balsamic sparking delight was delightful and house made sweet tea had me a refill 6x! For the other courses we ordered the Pomodoro alla Griglia, Bolognese, Pollo Alla Griglia, Fritto Misto and Tomato Salad. Everything was a symphony of flavors in your mouth. However, the Pomodoro alla Griglia tasted exactly the same as in Italy and the Polla Alla Griglia was literal perfection. For dessert Arthur recommended we try the Tiramisu which indeed put the finishing touches on a memorable night in addition to meeting and getting a picture with none other than Chef Tiffany Derry at the line! Radici Woodfired Grill provided the perfect setting for my first Father's Day, combining exceptional food, an engaging atmosphere, and the joy of sharing such a special day with my loved ones. It's a dining experience that I will cherish, not just for the culinary delights but for the wonderful memories that were created.

It was truly no surprise that I would be wowed when I made the reservation to dine in at the newly opened Radici. Chef Tiffany has done it again!Somehow I was able to snag a reservation for Saturday night which worked out perfectly for date night! We arrived an hour early and planned to just sit and talk until it was time. We thought let's just ask to see if we can be seated this early. What do you know, they seated us almost immediately. We were greeted by our waiter for the evening Lance almost instantly. He was full of excitement and expressed his love for many of the dishes available on the current menu. Minutes later Tom stopped by our table to share many of his experiences traveling abroad to find such delectable dishes for us to try. He made some wonderful suggestions which we tried without hesitation. For an appetizer we decided on rosemary & garlic confit focaccia, and Tom suggested we add prosciutto to pair with it. WOW is all I can say. The flavors this combo provided were out of this world. For the next course, we decided on the coniglio alla gricia (braised rabbit) and y'all...at this point I'm all smiles and feeling like I'm in heaven. The rabbit wasn't gamey and was so pleasant to my palate. Chef Tiffany really did a number with this one! #chefskissThe next course brought on chicken Parmesan which was good but not my favorite of the night. Honestly I was disappointed as it seemed very basic and nothing out of the ordinary. So I boxed it and took it home. No way would I toss it out. The next day I warmed this dish and it's like the flavor god got to it overnight. It was full of flavor and it threw me for a loop as I didn't remember it being so tasty the night before. Maybe I didn't allow it to cool enough the first night but turns out I could taste the prosciutto and more. Definitely give it a try. Of course we needed a green veggie so we tried the grilled broccolini and it was also fantastic and full of flavor. You're thinking surely I stopped there but wait....there is more. Dessert of course. We went with the tiramisu because I just knew it would be elevated somehow. Lol. And it was. I don't think it lasted 5 minutes on the table. It was smooth without any of the typical overpowering taste of coffee. All in all....GET YOURSELF HERE ASAP! If you have a hard time getting a reservation don't forget they have a bar as well and chances are you can be seated there. Enjoy!

Radici is a refreshing twist on Dallas' ordinarily mundane dining experience. The dining space is tastefully curated and perfect for parties of 2 or 6.I highly recommend the "Rosemary and Garlic Focaccia!" Imagine a savory slice of cloud, baked in a fire oven, plated, and delivered to your table. It really set the stage for the rest of the dishes. My date and I shared it with the Shrimp Scampi (simple, elegant, and deliciousThe next course was the Lobster and Crab Ravioli. The ravioli was obviously prepared fresh because it was light on the tongue and complemented perfectly with the lobster bisque. Our waitress, Nicole, who was mindfully attentive, delivered every dish with the pride and fervor of a friend introducing you to something amazing. The "Osso Bucco" was up next! When it arrived, we knew we needed more focaccia. The veal was so tender it spread across the bread like cream cheese! The sweet carrot paired perfectly with the mascarpone polenta. I couldn't tell if it was the ingredients or magic, but we ate so much and didn't feel heavy. In fact, we were excited for dessert. We flagged down the manager to rave about how delicious everything was and to get his suggestion on dessert! My date chose the Tiramisu, but we ended up having both the "Tiramisu" and the "Pistachio Olive Oil Cake" because the manager shared the same pride in cuisine as our waitress.
