Customer Service was great. They spoke when I came in and said thank you. When your kind to others they'll be kind to you.

They took my order wrong!!! I told the server what I ordered but he wanted to go back and forth about what was on the receipt. The person who took the order recorded it wrong. I called for the manager. She was less than accommodating. Instead of admitting a mistake she thought simply redoing my order would be acceptable. My issue is not simply redoing but the server challenging me on my order. I told him the order was wrong. But I'm sure it doesn't matter that I wrote a negative review. It will be business as usual.

They are too stingy with their sauces. I ordered 4 breasts and all they would give me was 2 of the ranch. F that!!!

I feel like this little Popeye's deserves a little recognition for how much it's been fixed up over the past 2 years I've lived in the SW part of Dallas. My fiance and I love the Tuesday special, and so does the whole neighborhood it seems like! It gets crowded during lunch and dinner hour.If you are lucky enough to get Jesus cooking in the kitchen (yes, his name is Jesus and it's fitting if you taste the chicken he fries up), it's SO DELICIOUS. Exactly how fried chicken should taste. Well deserved shout out.Regardless if Jesus is there or not, I usually enjoy the food. I don't usually have to wait too long, the staff is all friendly. Even the manager, a middle eastern looking man, is much more friendlier than he used to be.Last time I was in this restaurant they seemed to be renovating, which I must admit was a long time comin! It's always been clean, just old. They had all new electronic menus up and working.The dining area is kinda small, not too bad.The only complaint I have is that there is no drive thru. Not really space for any since the place is part of a little strip of stores.Just in case for those who don't want to get out of their car. But it's worth getting out and walking in.

First off, this restaurant is nice and clean. The people taking orders and getting the orders together are friendly and taking care of business. My spicy chicken was very hot and delicious. My red beans and rice, nice and hot. Biscuits were perfectly flavored and cooked to perfection. More importantly, each person there cared for the customer. I was traveling from Mesquite to Alvarado and with all the other Popeyes Chicken locations along the way being rated badly, I'm glad I waited till I stopped here. Nice location and people. Only drawback, no drive thru, but no big deal.

I made an order using the Uber Eats app. There is no option to choose that you want honey or hot sauce. So I called the restaurant to ask if they could include that in my delivery. No one answered and I kept calling but still no response. I am very disappointed that they did not include honey and hot sauce with my order and I paid $20 for the order.

If there was an option this place doesn't even deserve "one" star. Owner of this place is old, grumpy and greedy. He insulted a lady picking up her order for his own mistake. He took the money before she was handed the bag, once she checked it was incorrect so she told him that this was not what she ordered. Rather than correcting his mistake he claimed she was looking for free meal. All other customers in the restaurant and his employees could hear him because he yelled. Myself or any of my friends and family would never set foot in this restaurant.

Just got raw food. And service was terrible, dont recommend to get food there. If there was a 0 star option i would give it that instead.
