Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This location has improved so much in the last two years. It was newly rebuilt and customer service is great.The biscuits taste better at this location. Reminds me of the Popeyes in NOLA. Most Popeyes I've been to outside of NOLA don't have the same taste to me.I usually buy the chicken tenders and I like to try the different sauces.

I guess it must be either or? I come here regularly because of work and always get the feeling they are not for customer interaction. I am regularly polite by always saying "please" and "thank you." I would never get it back but just chalked it up as possibly a communication gap with me not speaking Spanish. Today it got that part but didn't get what I ordered. I asked for spicy chicken strips but got regular. Food was acceptable but I was really wanting what I ordered. I didn't notice until I got to my destination. Hopefully the next time I go I can get good customer service with the food I ordered.

Just paid for 3 chicken sandwich and a number 4 I only got one sandwich and instead of 3 went back and was told they couldn't do anything this is the second time Dont bro her there rude manager doesn't give a fuck so fuck you popeyes you we'll never get another dolly from me

Horrible experience rude staff and gross uncooked food. Made an online order they claimed they did not have my order even though I saw it on the screen.

NEVER EAT HERE! Got the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken wasn't cooked right. Ended up puking all night with food poisoning!

Ordered a SPICY chicken sandwich. Receipt reflects correct order. Got back to work to find a classic sandwich instead. Called store to alert/fix problem. Spoke to Maria, who identified herself as the manager there. She wanted me to return now for replacement. I advised I was on lunch break and could not at this time. Neither spicy nor classic box checked. She said they never check the boxes. She went on to say that, "anyway the spicy and classic have same meat - the only difference is the spicy has the spicy mayo!" She seemed irritated that I'd called to complain about their mistake.Not comfortable to go back for replacement. Window guy was super nice tho!

I was served spoiled red beans and rice with chicken that was undercooked. I called to speak with a manager several times, no one answers the phone.Glad I paid with a card, I will be requesting a full refund.

Pretty good every time I go, employees are alright but you going for the food not for the employees attitude or nun, but overall every time I go they don't disappoint.

Food is great my only issue is when I order online and it says it's gonna be ready at a certain time, it isn't. I take my lunch and only get 30 minutes so having to wait for them to prepare it in front of me kills a lot of time.
