This location is RIDICULOUS!!!! They take to long!! That is all I have to say....MOVE WITH INTENTION!! They just stand around waiting to see who's gone do something!!

By far the worst franchise location in America. Customer service is a not even present nowhere near this location. I've tried to give this place chances but I get let down everytime chicken is small and never fresh..they never have sauces. There's no point in using the app to place mobile orders because you will be waiting like you just placed a regular order sometimes even longer (I waited 45 minutes once before) I don't even think ownership knows or may not care what goes on at this location. I wish it would've just stayed Grandy's at this point. I worked for Popeyes a long time ago and I can honestly say we took pride in serving our customers even when we made mistakes BUT here they don't give a D***!!! Spend a little extra time and visit another location to get your Popeyes fix because this one ain't it!!!

I've given this location so many chances , but I'm done. I pulled up 30 mins before close and when I get up to the speaker they rudely said I just wanna let you know we don't have anymore chicken so we're closed Like what ?

Yeah I initially gave this sad excuse of a restaurant 2 stars but after waiting about 45 minutes in total when I got my food. My tenders were old and stale my mash potatoes barely had gravy. I ordered two Dr Pepper's and a coke but jokes on me they were all a watered down brown substance whose box was probably supposed to be changed way before. Popeyes franchise probably keeps this location as unclaimed because it's horrible and doesn't want to be associated with it. I hate that it's the only location in the area because it literally doesn't deserve to be on business

This location will be out of business soon. When they first initially opened, everything was good. The drive-thru times were awesome and the food was good. Now, the total opposite. When you place an order for delivery, they "don't have the food" and when you try to order through the drive-thru, their credit card machine is down and they can only accept cash... Their prices are higher than others in the are but I kept trying to give them a chance strictly for their red beans and rice... That has even gone down since when I can get it, it's watery and diluted. No more chances. I'll order from someplace else since I doubt they will be open much longer.

New location! It's clean , nice and fast service ..hopefully it stays this way. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was ok , sometimes I get it and it's amazing but today it was just ok. The fries are the bomb I don't always get them because I will over eat them, but they are absolutely amazing and the chicken fuhgetitboutit it's all good. The service was really amazing the staff was friendly they made sure my order was correct and I had a great experience overall.

This is the worst Popeyes ever. The food is good but the service is deplorable. I even order online thinking I could skip the usual 45 minute Waite in the drive through. I get there only to be told "drive through only! I state that I have an online orders. Her reply is DRIVE THROUGH ONLY!. So I wait in the drive through.... guess what? I get to the window and they tell me that it will be a wait and to drive to the front and someone will bring out my food. I reply that I ordered online so I would not have to wait. He tells me that they don't make the order until I arrive. Again what the point of offering online ordering? I could scream. Maybe they're were short staffed? Still no excuse for poor service. I recommend discontinuing online orders.After posting I read other reviews. It seems that this has been the standard for months. And the lady bring me my food did not have a mask on either.

Terrible ahh service. I asked for a fresh chicken sandwich and told them I was willing to wait for it. They said sure thing. Guess what I got on the drive thru. Stone cold rock hard sandwich after waiting 20 minutes. Whoever is the manager or owner there should be ashamed of themselves.

Horrible customer service, they move extremely slow, they are flat out lazy! Don't want to work ! They were also out of basically everything spicy wouldn't even go check to see if they had additional jalapeños in the back(mind you the lady said she didn't know if they had more but refused to even go check) Do not go to this location, fair warning.

I ordered three spicy chicken sandwiches and an 8 piece chicken with biscuits. The chicken was hot crispy, fresh, and spiced just right. I really appreciate the crew tonight because they actually gave me a real mix of chicken. Let's just say they gave me breast and i love breast. Most chicken places only want to give out thighs and drumsticks. I truly appreciate you guys. Thanks for making me smile on my birthday. Keep up the great work and I will be back.Carmen
