Pokesaur

The onigiri crispy shrimp Japanese rice ball was good. I've seen many people purchase these from convenience stores. After purchasing one I swear I already had one years ago. Knowing me I have and can't remember where. Customer service was decent, and the service area was clean.

Ordered two two scoop build your own bowls. No protein in either bowls is wild. No explanation how we received bowls without protein and unfortunately we didn't check the order before we left.

Pokesaur was inside the Asia time square, so it was pretty packed in there. We ordered from the kiosk. Our order was called out when it was done. We got the new BBQ pork and raw salmon onigiri. The onigiris were really good. I would definitely come and get some more. The seaweed was kind of soggy tho. Overall, pretty nice spot.

The onigiri rice ball was delicious, rice was soft and warm, stuffing was flavorful. I think I need to eat 2 to be full though.

The soft shell crab onigiri was pretty dang good! However, it was a little pricey.On the other hand, I wasn't the biggest fan of the Pokesaur bowl. Everything was fine except for the rice, which was very mushy and threw me off.

I'm keeping this review short and sweet because I only had one item (and a coke) here while cooling off inside before returning to the Mid-Autumn Festival at Asia Times Square. Pokesaur is one of the many fabulous food spots in one of the square's food courts. Their menu is small and simple: poke bowls and onigiri. The onigiri are generously sized and totally stuffed with whatever filling you choose, like spicy salmon, chicken karaage, tuna mayo, california, seaweed salad, and more. They also have have 3 "deluxe" onigiri: soft shell crab, fried oyster, and crispy shrimp. Yum. It all smells so good.We ordered the spicy salmon (raw) onigiri. The outside of the rice ball is thoroughly seasoned with sesame seeds, crispy onion, and furikake, so lots of salty, nutty, umami-ness going on. Then there's plenty of salmon inside. Since we only stopped in for a quick snack and moment to cool off, that's all we had, but I feel confident saying Pokesaur has fresh seafood and delicious sticky rice. Order at the counter and you'll be given a little buzzer that goes off when your order is ready to pick up. They're fast! I look forward to trying more on their menu.

Reading the other reviews & I'm thinking they listened regarding size? They seemed like generous sized onigiri to me.We came here to get some onigiri to go. We got a tuna mayo, salmon mayo, fried oyster (not pictured because we ate it... lol), & a spam musubi. My favorite is the salmon mayo, but I do feel like everything we ordered had good taste & was great quality.Docked a star for staff... they weren't rude but they were just there. Didn't really greet us, I placed the ordered & we waited longer than I thought... just surprised because there wasn't an order between us and one or two families afterward. My pager alert went off (it was nice they had those) & the girl just gave me my food & we left. I feel like they could've been more... outgoing towards customers? Definitely get some onigiri here, we will be back!

Tasty onigiri! Quick service and other options near by in the food court. I had the crispy shrimp and it was delicious and large. Reasonably priced as well.

Always great, they seem a lot bigger than they used to be. I'm NOT complaining though lol service is mid, but you order, wait, get your food then eat/ or leave. I've always loved that they sort of mark or leave a piece of the protein showing so you can distinguish which one is which

Fish didn't taste fresh or like sushi grade at all. Just an average poke bowl at best.
