We came here after a college graduation and did not have a reservation (don't know if they take them). They were able to accommodate our large party easily. The menu is quite varied and I think offers options for just about any taste.I ordered Pad Thai and it's among the top 3 I've ever had - the portion was very generous and I left quite full.We arrived in the middle of a business day lunch rush, the place was spotless and nicely arranged.Decor was nice and not overdone. We will definitely eat here again.

One of the best pho spots in Arlington!!Their new location is much more convenient and their food is still the same if not better. They serve you huge portions and everything tastes amazing. We've always gotten our food so quick here and the prices are good too. Don't skip on the meaty rib pho they specialize in!

A really solid pho spot, near the Arlington Costco, which is always convenient. We decided to try something different and got the bun bo hue, the tomato broth was really smooth and homey. The bowl came with plenty of meat, you won't leave hungry. Also ordered the combo stir fried, again the portion was huge. The sauce was on the sweeter side so depending on your preference, you may or may not like it.The service as a bit slow, but the staff was friendly. We'd love to return and try the other items on the menu.

Pho Pasteur delivers mouth watering, tummy rumbling, yummy goodness food. The restaurant is colorful, clean, and spacious. It doesn't feel claustrophobic like other Vietnamese restaurants, but it's a good amount of space. It's a great atmosphere for lunch or dinner. On the day, my husband and I came for lunch. We both ordered pho with brisket and meatballs. The broth was AMAZING - very flavorful. You can tell a lot about the authenticity of the culture by the broth. I'm planning to try the vermicelli next time! An added plus for my husband is that they have chili paste. We learned that it's an uncommon spice in restaurants. The workers are attentive and fast service. The front of the house staff were either cleaning the tables, serving food, or attending to the guests. A++++++

I haven't been to pho Pasteur since they moved locations, and everything is still pretty good. I remember when we would order the banh bỏt Lộc when I was a kid and it definitely tasted just as I remembered. The egg rolls were pretty good as well, they were longer than ones you usually get in the stores or different restaurants so I think they were worth it. Lastly we got the pho, and it's a pretty decent bowl of pho for the price, I would say the broth isn't as rich as other places but it's pretty good for what it is. The service was great the staff kept checking on us and they were all very friendly. I would most likely come back because it just feels very homey there.

Pho Pasteur is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine on Matlock Road. We started with the B1 - Bun Bo Nurong Sa, a Grilled Lemongrass Beef fresh rice vermicelli bowl, which was super flavorful. There was tons of noodles and a good amount of veggies and flavorful meat. For the main course, we had the extra large PD1 - Pho Dac Biet, the Pasteur Combo Pho. This bowl of pho was nothing short of spectacular - rich, flavorful broth filled with an assortment of meats and noodles cooked to perfection. The extra large size took me by surprise - it fed 4 people in my party and made us so full. Super affordable if you can split as it was $17. We also couldn't resist taking home a SW2 - Banh Mi Ga Nurong, a grilled chicken banh mi sandwich. Packed with grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a perfectly crisp baguette, it was a nice easy meal to serve my grandparents for dinner. The staff here was incredibly friendly, attentive, and especially patient with my elderly grandparents. We also appreciated the pay in cash discount. It wasn't super crowded on a Sunday morning either, but as lunchtime came closer, the more crowded it became. Come earlier to opening time if you want a quieter time! Overall, Pho Pasteur exceeded my expectations. I now know where to go for Vietnamese food when I visit my family in TX again.

I frequent here a lot with my co-workers for lunch and the service, food, and atmosphere are always on point. They keep the place super clean and I'm never disappointed with any of the options I choose. I also love the fact that you get a lot of vegetables with every meal and they are well seasoned. Thai tea and the avocado smoothie are a must try. The staff is always friendly.
