I've been coming to this establishment since they opened and tbh I always gatekeep it and bring my friends from time to time lol pho palace deserves to be recognized. Service is fast and to the point, there's no placating for tips. It's been newly renovated with sustainably contemporary interior which was nice to see. I usually get the Hu Tieu Mi Dai or the Vit Goi with a side of broth and bamboo as the main entree. Yesterday I got the Mi Bo Kho, and it's never a miss, always on point.

Another Pho staple in Arlington. It's usually this place or Ba Le for my Dad and Vietnamese side of the family. Really can't go wrong. Other dishes like pork and rice are pretty good too. Usually when family comes into town from DFW airport, we stop here. Service is always fast and friendly. No extras here, just to the point. Place is always clean.Another Arlington staple.

This place looks modern and newly renovated but it holds the traditional menu items and flavors! We had their nem nuong (pork sausage) spring rolls with peanut sauce. The veggies were fresh and the sausage was juicy and packed with flavor. The sauce was delicious. Definitely recommend these rolls for an appetizer. We both ordered the palace pho which included all the types of meats that traditionally go in the pho. We got the smaller size but it had so much meat. It was pretty filling. The texture of pho noodles were perfect and had the right bounciness to it. The broth was pretty good but it could be better. I've had others that had more depth in flavor. Adding a generous amount of hoisin and sriracha did enhance the broth.

100% authentic Viet food, AS THEY SHOULD. The og. No "modernizing" or anything. Just your typical food that your Viet mama would make at home. Pho is done correctly with the right amount of spices and seasoning. Same with their other dishes. There hasn't been a dish I've tried here that I don't like/tasted like it's been made by a whitewashed person. If you crave Viet food and are in Arlington, COME HERE.

My daughter took me here as a first-timer to try out pho. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was younger and not so patient, so when asked for suggestions, she quickly pointed out a few things and left us to figure it out. My daughter ordered #45 and I got the #50. Prior, to our meal coming out, the server brought out the accompanying sides for our specific entrees. For my dish, a generous serving of bean sprouts which were delicious and my daughter, shredded cabbage. We didn't wait long for the food to come out and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients and seasoned very well. The only issue we had was as the dinner rush picked up and folks were coming in/out, there was an influx of flies, which was annoying, but the food was great. We also had smoothies with boba (first time for me), which I didn't really like, but just a personal preference.

My daughter loves their fried rice more than anywhere else. I only go there for pho and haven't played around with much else in the menu. The pho is phenomenal. Their banh mi and egg rolls, not so much. But I've never had better pho. It's my go to if I don't feel well.

This has been our go-to place for many years--well before it was renovated and enlarged. I have been to a dozen or more Vietnamese places around the metroplex and beyond, and have found some as good but none better, IMO. In cold weather, we love the phô, but occasionally, when I'm not in the mood for soup, I will get the very tasty eggplant and tofu. I don't understand how they can sometimes be out of boba for their smoothies, but I can't think of anything else to complain about. BTW, the avocado smoothie is remarkably better than any other we have tried in the metroplex. We will keep going back!

Inconsistency with food quality and quantity, typical trend among Asian businesses. Parking is an issue. Small lot and sharing with other bisinesses patrons.
