First time here. Started with veggie spring roll. This was good but was a bit chewy and full of mainly lettuce. Their peanut sauce was really tasty. We both had the large P13 (steak). The broth is off the charts good. The side of bean sprouts, lime, jalapeños, and basil was a typical service for one but worked and made us not waste what we might otherwise do with 2 servings. We would recommend and will return.

My favorite pho restaurant in the general area! The restaurant is generally clean and service is quick. I only get the seafood pho so I can only speak for that, but it's always delicious. It's sad to see the prices go up but I will still keep coming as long as the quality stays up.

Ordered the P6, Eye of Roud Steak, Well-Done Flank & Tripe via Door Dash. The biggest issue with ordering Pho to a hotel is the assembly as the container doesn't hold your meat, veggies, and noodles. I wish you had the option of having it in a bowl. Otherwise it was delicious !!! The P6 is my go to when I dine in at Pho One.

Double check your order in the bag when you get things to go! Asked about the hoisin sauce and was told it was in our bag but got back and didn't see any :( had to ask for the hot sauce on the side too since they don't include that automatically unless you ask, glad I got some of that or my pho would feel like it's missing even more stuff (love pairing with the sauce usually when I eat pho). The meal felt a bit incomplete without the right sauce. Pho combo that has everything was good. Big portions and good for sharing. The place was big and bright with lots of seats, pretty empty on a Sunday night. We got our meals to go but you could also eat there.

Table had a nice swath of grease. Cleanliness is not at the top of their list perhaps? The server doesn't seem to speak much English or maybe doesn't understand. He stared when I asked him a question about the food. The pho bowl was just okay. Nothing to write home about. Price 16.99 for sub par food. No other service was offered after we ordered and got our food. It's our first experience here. We will keep looking for a place that takes pride in what they do. Ambiance is tables and chairs and music is rather turned up, but luckily low key otherwise. Is this a place they must be tried? Nope. You can skip it in my opinion. Oh and I needed to order a 3rd bowl to go, but because their service is nearly nil and attitude is sooooo dry, I put in an order at Pho Quyen for the 3rd bowl. I couldn't bring home what I had to someone else. Hopefully this next place is better.

The Pho is goodThe Chicken Pho had nice big pieces of chicken in it.The Pork Belly appetizer is very good too.It's breaded.The service was good.My only concern is the cleanliness of the place.It's not as spotless as I would prefer.Hopefully they will read this review and work on keeping the tables more clean.

This place was recommended to us by a Nguyen so that's when we knew we were in for something good. Interior was clean and the staff were welcoming and fast. I ordered a beef stew with egg noodle and oh my god - highly recommend! It's hard to find beef stew in general on a menu at a Vietnamese restaurant because it takes so long to make, so whenever I see a beef stew on the menu, I always have to try it. This one definitely did not disappoint and could definitely compete with what I consider the gold standard for Viet food in the area - ba le restaurant! The flavor was rich, meat was tender, and noodles were bouncy. My husband ordered his go to - bo bun hue - and he said that even though it did not have pork blood, it was still delicious. We have also ordered pho to go from this place, and it was also delicious!This place is definitely family friendly, I would definitely recommend trying it if you are in the area.

Great medium ground for Vietnamese everything is good but not great. Love the rice plates which you can't mess up and the Pho combination as well. Pho one is also not that expensive so whenever I crave viet food and I'm home I'll usually come here. Bun Bo hue is mediocre though not a lot of noodles and not filling while the pho is definitely better. I do also love the curry chicken soup with egg noodle.

I'm really disappointed with this last order. Yes I've ordered here before and it was good. This one was disappointing.They had the Phô rib eye--more money and nothing special--it took a while for the broth to "cook" medium rare; I had to heat the soup for an additional 3 minutes for it to be done to my liking--medium rare. The broth is short in taste and seasoning, I had to use more oyster sauce. Very disappointing.The spring rolls we do thing and just all wrapper. I probably won't order here again. I have to look for a better Phô place in Hurst
