I was in the area and needed to get a quick bite. I thought this was a fantastic place to grab a bowl of bun bo hue. The broth was awesome and flavorful. I'm looking forward to coming back to try their pho.

This used to be one of the most affordable hole in the wall spots and my personal favorite pho in Arlington. But under new ownership recently they renovated and changed the menu, significantly increased all prices and the quality of food has suffered noticeably. This last visit I paid $21 dollars for what was $13 in November and the flavor and freshness was much much worse. Not to mention room I now have to wait 40mins or more for my meal. Staff was apologetic but the management couldn't of cared less this place has sadly turned into the type of restaurant that just cares about online orders and taking in as much as possible and making every compromise to make that happen and spending that profit on decorating rather than having a decent amount of kitchen staff and better quality.

Went there for lunch. It was too busy. I ordered Bun Bo Hue. It was definitely a good amount of food but wish they put some more meats cuts and more veggies. The decoration was really good.

After an eventful evening at Round1, we were craving for pho for dinner. Pho Ghien recently took over the old Pho Pasteur place. I saw a lot of post of their pho in the stone bowl, so I had to give it a try! The service was great, fast and friendly. The stone bowl did keep the pho broth hot for awhile, but the broth is definitely lacking something. Their noodles were also falling apart. They were not skimpy on the meat though. I tried to finish the pho, but I couldn't. All I ate was the meat and left the noodles back. The bo tai chanh was decent. I don't think I would come back though. Food: 3/5 Service: 4/5Ambiance: 4/5

Impressed with the extensive menu! Pho was pretty good! There's not a lot of good pho places in Arlington (our fav is Pho Pasture) but Pho Ghien was pretty good! Table next to us their pho came in a clay pot, not sure if only certain Pho came in that serving dish. Eggrolls- fried springroll shells almost as good as MyLan just a skinnier version! BLL - omg I had to review about this! Meat was so tender and juicy and the flavor was not overly seasoned or salty! Soooo good!!!! I would give this 5 stars if it came with cucumbers! Definitely going back to try their oxtail and lobster pho!

Pho in the stone bowl is quite delicious. The bowl keeps the soup hot until you finish it. I would recommend that since I had it twice. Very consistent authentic pho flavor. I did not have anything else

Overall this place was great. Came in at 2:55 and ordered the Pho Dac Biet / specialty pho, in the stone bowl. Food came out really fast, like 5-6 min. Water was always filled up and they give you plenty of veggies to top off the pho with. Plenty of meat and noodles in the bowl. The stone bowl definitely helped with keeping the heat in and by the time I finished the bowl it was still steaming hot. 8.3/10 on food, price, service, and cleanliness. Ended up being 15 for my bowl after tax and before tip. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.

My wife and I are always on the lookout for Vietnamese restaurants. We always order the same dishes, to use as a comparison to other places, in my case, Beef Pho. On our previous visit, I found their beef pho to be among the very best I've ever had, so for our second visit, opted for something different. I ordered the Bo Kho, or Beef Stew Pho. A rich and spicy beef stew broth that was absolutely fantastic! I've never had any thing like it before, and I'm glad I ventured out of my comfort zone. Customer service was amazing as well. They are always professional and courteous, and will check on us to make sure everything is good. I'm a former server/waiter, so I recognize, and appreciate, great customer service. For those curious about the location, it's on the corner of Center Street and Pioneer Parkway, in the Center Street Court, in what used to be Pho Pasteur. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone interested in great tasting pho.

Pho Ghien offers decent Vietnamese cuisine. The pho is okay, with a good broth, though the overall experience is somewhat average. The service is efficient, and the prices are reasonable. It's an okay choice if you're in the mood for simple Vietnamese fare. It used to be Pho Pasteur so the environment and ambience is exactly the same.

We came here on a cold, rainy day craving the fresh, big, flat pho noodles, and they were amazing! The broth, meat, and ribs were outstanding--just like authentic Vietnamese restaurants, which I've missed and haven't found anywhere else around Arlington/Grand Prairie. The staff were super friendly, greeting us warmly, and the owner even came by to check if we were satisfied with our meal. We got 20% off since they're under new management, plus free dessert! Love this place and will definitely be back!
