Pepe's Pizza

Called in for a delivery order while staying at a local hotel. I ordered an XL 2-topping pizza with pepperoni and sausage, lemon pepper wings, a brownie and a slice of NY style cheesecake. The pizza was spot on, hot, fresh and included extra Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. I was surprised that the chicken wings were baked instead of deep fried, but regardless, they were delicious, hot, fresh and seasoned perfectly. The desserts were where the one star deduction came into play. The "NY Cheesecake" was not what they have pictured and advertised. (See Pic comparison) It was obviously just a piece of frozen cheesecake, something like Sarah Lee maybe and still partially frozen in the center. And the brownie I received was also different than advertised, as it appears to actually be a smaller portion of a cheesecake brownie? ‍ Still, they were not bad, the tastes were pretty good, just not what I was expecting based on their website pictures and descriptions.

I could not stop eating the pizza. The crust was crunchy and delicious and the toppings were tasty with lots of cheese. I'd definitely come back!

Worse service I have ever had.I ordered delivery to a local hotel.Front desk called to tell me he was on his way.He never came up. I called the front desk and they said he left. When I called and asked what happened he said he came to my room and I refused. He never came as I was still waiting .When I called to question he started yelling calling me a fucking lier. When I asked to the manager he said I'm the manager.I have never been treated like this before.If I could give a - I would have This place need to be avoided

Yelp really needs half stars....because I really wanted to give this place only 2.5 rather than 3....but I digress. Let's start from the phone order.....I had a $5.00 off coupon that they wouldn't accept because you had to order online and had to pay with a credit card. Well, I'm a server....I have cash....guess they value cash less than credit. Whatever. I ordered their Philly Cheesesteak (for my husband), the Grilled Chicken Salad with ranch and a piece of tiramisu (both for me). As soon as I saw the salad I was super disappointed and didn't even want to eat it. First, it was all crappy iceberg, and the menu said it came with mozzarella cheese but mine has yellow (I'm assuming cheddar) cheese. And a TON of it. (See photo) Upon further inspection, I noticed they got lazy with the chicken, too. It was not freshly grilled chicken....it was the store bought, pre-cooked/prepackaged, unseasoned, flavorless, colorless (except for the fake grill marks lol) chicken. And then there was the ranch. Nasty, cheap, tasted and looked like the off-brand dollar store crap. NOT WORTH THE $8 I PAID!!! Total crap. My husband's cheesesteak was pretty scrumptious, however. Bread was crunchy and chewy....good amount of cheese and onions/peppers...could have used a little more meat, but over-all it was worth the $8 I paid for it. I'd order this (and only this) from here again! And it's around a foot long. Lastly, the tiramisu was ok. It's your typical pre-made, frozen and thawed tiramisu. Nothing special....just ok...not worth $4. Haven't had their pizza, but I don't think I'll be trying anything else on this menu. Customer service and quality of food, over-all was just crap. I think I'll stick with Nino's. They're cool people and their food never disappoints.

How horrible can their service be. I was stranded in Dallas when a flight gets cancelled and all I wanted was the pizza I ordered. This is what the driver argued and told me was a stuffed crust meat lovers. Next time I am in town I certainly would rather have a piece of cardboard then this P. O. S.

I placed a phone (delivery) order for 2 large calzones... requesting the removal of the sausage, and requested the addition of mushrooms (which I was charged extra for)... and got neither. After delivery, I discovered that the calzones were both their house-standard order calzone and not what I originally ordered.After calling them and explaining the situation, I was offered either replacement of the calzones and redelivery, or that they'll just readjust my charge (minus the extra charge for the mushrooms) and refund the difference... So, I opted for the latter; because I didn't want to get the revised calzones with more than just the requested mushrooms. Well, they didn't revise any of the bill and I was stuck with the calzones I wasn't particularly happy about. * Not to say that they were particularly bad in any way, just not what I requested, ordered and paid for is all.

Ordered via grub hub and realized after I submitted it that I'd forgotten drinks! Being stuck in a hotel room that's not good. Called back to try to add to the order and the girl on the phone was rude, flippant, and put me on hold for over 5 minutes before picking back up, telling me I could only order in cash, and then hanging up on me. I called back and asked why I couldn't use a card over the phone and she relented. Worst customer service I've experienced in a while. When my delivery came, the drinks were nowhere to be found. The only reason this isn't a one star review is that the driver was super sweet and told me he'd make sure the charge was voided. Whoever that girl is she shouldnt be allowed near a phone. Pizza was average, pretty greasy though. Never again.

Food was pretty good had the chicken Alfredo pasta and typical Italian food it was better then next day but there could have been more sauce

The food here is great and the ingredients that they use actually makes a different as to how the pizza tastes from other restaurants.

Yuck, and they messed up order. This food is so nasty it isn't even worth complaining about. I just won't ever oder from here again.
