Ordered takeout from Partenope Ristorante, and let me just say--this pizza was phenomenal! The crust had that perfect Neapolitan-style char, crispy on the outside yet light and airy inside. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, with just the right balance of heat and richness. Every bite was packed with deliciousness!Even as takeout, the quality held up perfectly--no soggy crust, just pure, authentic pizza goodness. If you're in Dallas and craving top-tier pizza, this spot is a must! I'll definitely be ordering again.

Five years later, and once again, a lot of misses when it came to the front of house. This time, we arrived 15 minutes early, hoping to grab some drinks at the bar before our table was ready (and before the rest of our group arrived). There were two open seats at the bar calling our names, but the hostess told us that our table would be ready in "two minutes" and asked us to just wait to be seated at the table."Two minutes" turned out to be a bit of an exaggeration given that our table was, at the time she told us that, still occupied by the previous party. We ended up standing awkwardly in the entryway (which is awkwardly circled by booths, so you're basically lurking right next to people trying to enjoy their meals) for at least 10 minutes, watching the party slowly leave our table, and then watching the hostess scramble waitstaff to get it cleaned and turned over for us. The entire time, she's acting like we can't see exactly what's going on....Finally, we just wandered over to the bar to see if we could grab a drink anyway. We were told that our table was "almost ready" and again asked to wait for the table instead, although the (manager?) talking with us from behind the bar did say that he would get our drink orders in for us. This time, it was in fact just a minute or two before our table was ready, and those drinks did make their way over to our table pretty promptly after we were seated. But it wasn't a great start to the evening to be standing there with two empty bar seats staring us in the face for 10-15 minutes while being told that entire time that our table was "almost ready." For that matter, we also were asked about 3-4 times, including multiple times by the hostess, if our party was still going to be seven people. Yes. Yes. YeS. YES!! Gaaaah. I'm not a moron; if some significant part of our group suddenly wasn't going to make it, I'd let the hostess know. Our waiter was an interesting guy:1. He took dirty silverware off our appetizer plates and put it back at our place settings instead of opting to take it away and bring us new silverware for dinner. At a place that literally charges $10 for three meager pieces of bread (first "appetizer" listed on the menu), you'd think they could afford to run silverware through a Hobart.2. He decided to approach our table to ask if we were ready to order while one person in our group was in the restroom. We asked him to come back when everyone was present; we couldn't speak for her to say whether or not she was ready to order.3. When he did eventually take our order (popped back as soon as the missing person returned to the table), he yawned while doing so. IDK, maybe he was going through something tough, maybe he was dealing with insomnia, maybe he was stoned...I don't want to judge, but it was just a weird vibe. The food here is solid. Pastas are phenomenal, even something as simple as pesto fusilli. The pizza dough is a 10/10, and the toppings are clearly high quality. But if I want all-star Italian food and pizzas, I can get a better front-of-house experience, better service, frankly better drinks (that martini was awful), and cheaper/easier parking at lots of other spots...so that's why it's been 5 years since my last visit, and that's why it'll probably be another 5 years until I'm back, unfortunately.

Uhh, this place was friggin dericious. Already plan to come back and try a pizza maybe.. and maybe their octopus appetizer thing.Lasagna- limited availability. My husband was able to score the 2nd to last one for the day. It has a smokey taste which was different, in a good way!Carbonara- had to walk back to the car and get my dairy pill but mm.. so good! It stayed warm even towards the end of my meal. I also liked that the noodles/sauce didn't get too dry and stuck at the end. Has a lot of pepper!

Absolutely delicious. As someone who doesn't eat dairy or red meat, whenever I find a pasta dish on a menu that suits me as-written, I'm intrigued. I've had my eye on Partenope for a while because it is pricy, so I went with a group of friends for an early Sunday dinner. Our server was kind and funny and the restaurant is gorgeous. Though I didn't have any pizza, my friends loved them all. If you're looking for a swanky Italian restaurant that is both authentic and unique, this is the place in Dallas.

A bartender at the Hilton Garden Inn recommended this place to us. It is ranked 12th in the US for italian food. The menu is in italian. The food: pizza and pasta were excellent. My friends ordered red wine and said it was good too. The service was top notch including the manager coming to our table giving us a two min history on the restaurant and itallian. Great vibe and location. Walking distance from Hilton and Sheraton.

Pretty intimate space which, thankfully, lives up to the hype of some of the best pizza in the country. Drinks were also very good and I recommended the pane!

Phenomenal meal and service, despite it being a busy Friday night!! My husband and I sat at the bar and the bartender took great care of us!! I got a glass of red blend wine and my husband got the Peroni Zero. We shared the Fritter appetizer which my husband loved but was a bit too deep fried for me. I got the chopped salad without onions, which was absolutely delicious!! My husband had the margarita pizza which he loved as well!! For dessert he got the affogato and I had the tiramisu, which is one of the best I've ever had!! Such a fun vibe and meal!! Would definitely eat here again if I come back to Dallas!!

My gf and I are always on the hunt for the best of anything. So when we read that Partenope is outstanding pizza we had to try it. We were able to snag reservations via Resy for Saturday at 9:30. Typically we try to stay away from reservations after 9pm. However, it was the very last slot and I thought it must be destined We arrived and were immediately greeted. The host was friendly and took us to our booth promptly. The decor: dimly lit, warm and definitely sophisticated! Our waitress Remly was great! She was super friendly and gave us great suggestions. The food: incredible! We ordered the Gennarino pizza and Spaghetti Allá Carbonara. The pizza was absolutely divine. Perfect crust, right amount of sauce and a bit of spice from the soppressata. The Carbonara..hands did me the best I've had so far and I've had a lot! Not heavy and perfectly portioned. We also ordered the evening's specialty martinis that featured lemoncello, Barrel Aged Old Fashioned and Whiskey sour. All were perfection! Midway through dinner the manager stopped by to greet us as well and also to tell me Happy Birthday which was very thoughtful. If I had to use one word to describe Partenope it would be: superb! Partenope lives up its ranking amongst restaurants across the country! This is our new gem!

We loved out outing to Partenope after reading the list of the best 100 pizza in the world. We started with the whipped ricotta and bread- so good! Then we ordered a few pizzas and the limited serving of lasagna. The pizzas were all delicious! The favorite was the Calabrese because it had a great balance of spicy, sweet and salty! Our table did not love the lasagna as it was made with a shredded beef that felt weird in texture. The ambiance was really nice and can serve as a date night spot, dinner with friends or a solo date! The servers were attentive and checked on us regularly during our dining experience!
