Parlour Bar & Bistro

We had great service from Lazaro! He made us great drinks and kept us entertained. This is a great bar for travelers to visit!

I ate here twice during my stay at the Hotel Indigo (which this restaurant is located inside of). I had the beef quesadilla the first night, and wanted to try the chicken the following night. Unfortunately they were out of chicken the second night, which is a slight annoyance.The beef quesadillas were good both times. My server easily earned a 20% tip both times, and I have not always been known for being a generous tipper. Even if you aren't a hotel guest and thus able to conveniently charge your meal to your room, the restaurant is worth trying out. (I did not evaluate the bar.)

The Parlour Bar & Bistro is the bar/restaurant located inside of the restaurant. The employees working at the bar were all wonderful. The AM and PM staff gave top notch customer service. I see a lack of support from the rest of the hotel staff/corporate though. During my week long stay there was an issue with the debit/credit card machine not working at the bar and staff were continually having to go to the front desk to ring up tabs. This was annoying to the staff and patrons alike. I even emailed the hotel about this and never got a response. Also, the food menu did not show all of their offerings. Another issue is when you checkin via Yelp you are supposed to get a free desert. I was told by staff their system needed to be updated in order for me to be able to use it. With some support from the corporate office this restaurant could make some improvements. If you need a drink and a quick snack and don't feel like leaving the hotel this spot does/did the trick though.

Very disappointing experience. Came in late evening on Thursday, I ordered Champagne Cocktail that costs $19 ( prices are outrageous for the "quality" of drinks you receive.I used to be a bartender so I watch when my drinks are made and I noticed bartender was pouring $3 Wycliff cheap crap of a sparkling wine for my $19 drink, I approached him and his excuse was I only been here 3 days- well maybe you shouldn't making drinks then.I wasn't the only one though- my friends wine by the glass tasted watered down, like they added water to her red wine. We talked to another girl she said bartender was pouring club soda on top of the drink that doesn't come with a club soda just to fill up the glass so it looks like there is more in. To me it looks like this place is trying to "make money" by cheating people and pouring cheap crap instead of what they order to make profit for their company. All I can say- Good luck with that because I can guarantee I am not the only one who pays attention to how my drinks are made.Reason I even gave 2 stars because our server was very attentive and sweet.

I used to stay at the Indigo for the hotel restaurant and bar. The bar tender was phenomenal and friendly, the food was amazing. Clearly, they have had changes in both. The bar tender is unpersonable and bored and she told me the cook has changed and they have removed a lot of the inventive dishes the previous cook made from their menu - including the fried deviled eggs. In light of that, tonight I just had the bacon butternut squash soup and a ceasar salad. The soup was basically just puree of butternut squash and the ceasar salad was fine, but now very average hotel bar food after being a place I would find reasons to stay for the food.

Ordered the stuffed chicken. What came was two small, very thin, pieces of chicken, with a thin layer of mashed potatoes between them, plopped down in an entire plate of melted cheese, with a few pieces of bacon on top. $18.Those of us not born yesterday know what stuffed chicken is and this was not it. It would have been disgusting if it weren't so pathetic, and would have been merely pathetic if it weren't being sold as a $18 entree. Is this someone's joke about making food as crappy as possible before someone says something??? The food/beverage manager asked how everything was and I told him. First he just wanted to give me a free beer, but then after thinking about it, comped the food but not my beers. Then I went and had actual dinner at another restaurant. A completely appalling experience--Shocking, really.

I basically live in hotels for work, and only eat at hotel bars when I'm too lazy to go out or there's no door dash. I had a free drink coupon so stopped by to grab it on my way in. The bar tender poured me samples of the locals on tap and I chose one while eyeing the menu. Pricing was very reasonable for what looked like a good menu, and the bar tender started talking about how amazing the food was - not high pressure, just telling us the crispy deviled eggs were amazing and that they had culinary school trained chefs. We went up to the room, worked for a bit, and decided to try the hotel bar because I DO love deviled eggs. DUDE! The crispy stuffed deviled eggs are lightly breaded and fried, have bacon in them, and are topped with jalapeño ranch. I had the southwest salad and mixed the same jalapeño ranch with the chili lime vinegarette and it was amazing. My boyfriend had the fajita tacos and said they were the best he ever put in his mouth. I will literally look for reasons to stay at this hotel now so I can eat here - or just drive here for the eggs if I am anywhere close.

Friendly staff and excellent food. Everyone was having a great time. Wonerful new menu.

WOW!! I do not remember places often. This place was AMAZING. Hands down the best fries I have ever eaten. The burger was piles high with LOVE and sooooo good. Wife had the fajitas salad and it was cooked with perfection with the salad greens being cut fresh! I have to say just GO!

Chef Queen and Frieda were amazing!!! Great mimosas and food! I ordered the breakfast omelette and everything was cooked to perfection. Thank you ladies for an amazing experience
