Food is so good service so goood And ambiance is so good I love it so much it's the best

If you like dull food served with a bad attitude, this place is for you. I have tried this place more than once before I posted a review and if I were rating them on consistantly, it would be a 5 star review.

FOOD & DRINK- Caramel Macchiato- Paradise Avocado ToastMy friends and I were in Granbury, TX looking for a place to stay and study while we had some downtime between our convention. I ordered the caramel macchiato. It tasted really good but I will say it was a little bit more on the caramel side. There was a lot of caramel that settled on the bottom but that's just like personal preference since I like less sweet. The ratio of ice to drink was nice which made the drink still taste good even after the ice had melted. The Paradise Avocado Toast has roasted red peppers, egg, grilled mushrooms and onions, avocado, cilantro and feta cheese. It had great flavor overall but a little bit on the saltier side due to the feta cheese. I will say that I was expecting something a lot lighter as far as avocado toast, but this avocado toast was more on the oily side. The roasted red peppers and mushrooms tasted well together. Not really any complaints as far as the toast besides the fact it was kind of dripping in oil. VIBESParadise Bistro gives very home-y comforting vibes. It has sort of a rustic kind of look with all the wood. There's plenty of seating from booths to chairs to a small couch area. I will say that there are some places in the floor that are creaky which is just an observation really. We came around 10 or 11 and it wasn't too crowded, but it got much more crowded towards lunch. Most of the lighting comes from the front window which gives the place a more fresh, open feel. Pretty nice place to hangout, talk with family, or get some work done.SERVICEService was great! Everyone was very friendly to us throughout and everything came in a timely manner. They also checked on us throughout which was nice.

Paradise had my husband and I very interested in trying their food after our drinks from a previous day came out delicious. However, the food was underwhelming. My pancakes were nothing special. The batter used returned the chewy type of pancakes and I prefer my pancakes to come out more like a fluffy pancake. My husband got their avocado toast and that was a disappointment. For a breakfast item that costs $10 (rounded 1 cent up) it should have been much bigger. It was not even close to the size of my pancakes. I would come back for the drinks, but not the food.

Bad service they would not give me anything in want Food it took 1 houer and 15 miners to cook an egg sandwich

Stopped in for breakfast and gotta say, it has gotten a lot better, the Pancakes were a little cold but everything else was spot on

While walking around the downtown area we stopped in for coffee. The line was to the door but moved very fast. Ordered the sugar free Crème Brûlée and it was very good. We sat inside and looking around I saw lots of really good looking breakfast items. Will definitely come back when this way and eat next time.

This is a really nice, nostalgic place. Large ceilings in an old building with what looks like the original floors. Set in historic downtown that has been kept up and is a joy to visit. The windows of the shop face the town square building. Tall ceilings and big windows, the dining area is pleasant but the sound has a pretty hard echo to it. We didn't go during a ver busy time, but the talking and other noises in here did carry and bounced off the walls. The food was really nice. I had the Ruben and although it wasn't stacked tall with meat, it was enough, and the best part about the corned beef was how tender it was. Other places serve harder meats, this was real tender and the cheese was melted into the meat. The Roxie wrap was good as well with the combo of cucumber and olives in it. Really nice.

Amazing service, food, coffee, and tea!!Very accommodating for special requests on food and drinks! Love this place! I will definitely visit again when I am in Texas!!

Hubby and I stopped for a drink after walking around the square. The bistro was packed. On the menu was two different mango smoothies, but it was hard to distinguish the difference, so I asked the young man taking our order. He simply shrugged and said he did not know and wanted to know which one I wanted. I had to ask him to find out the difference. Another lady behind the counter said there is no difference. The mango smoothie turned out good and refreshing... just wished service was better.
