I don't often leave 5 stars. Ordered tonight on the app. Walked in to pick up, and there were two (looked like) teenagers working. I just moved from out of state, and Papa Johns was typically trash... soggy and nasty. THIS PIZZA SLAPPED. THE WINGS WERE GOOD, the pizza was good, the breadsticks.... these guys deserve all the tips. Thanks for an awesome meal, guys.

They took my order over the phone it's been an hour and a half no one has delivered my food but they have my money. And they do not have the courtesy to call to say whatever. And of course customer service is closed now so I don't know if I will be eating tonight or not. Not good customer service wouldn't recommend y'all for nothing.

Manager called me and said he had to go to a family emergency and close the store during business hours on Sunday at 1Pm and I never got my pizza and said that store will be open in one hour ... and he was rude .. corruption in Dallas of course

I made a order yesterday for yk a epic stuff crusted large pizza. And when i got there i got out the car i walked up to the window where it said only phone orders. And i read that out loud. And the lady in the window that looked like she was ready to go home, Didn't say nothing. So then i went to the door on the other side and it was completely locked and the door handle was falling off. So then i told the lady at the window my name and got my pizza and she handed to me kinda like she was throwing it And closed the window. I think this store is very ghetto. And that Girl that was working monday night is very disrespectful. Customer service WAS HORRIBLE. And on top of that. The pizza didn't look like a large. It looked like a medium. And was kinda small. Overall, i'm just finna stop ordering pap johns all together.

This location is the worst Papa Johns I have ever been to! I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and went to pick it up. When I got there the pizza barely had any sauce on it at all (it was extremely dry). When I brought this up with the register person I tried to be easy and asked for just a few extra sauce cups instead of them having to remake the whole thing (I didn't have the time to wait and that's a waste of pizza). To this I was told that I was going to be charged for said sauce cups, even though the only reason I wanted them was to add the sauce to the pizza that should have been on there in the first place! They refused to work with me on fixing their mistake.After this incident I called corporate, to which I was told that the store would call me to remedy this situation (of course they never did).

If it ain't a bunch of young adults up there playing behind the counter you get lazy employees. Ordered a pizza and they just dumped all the toppings in the center of the pizza and burned the oreo bite. They were very hard . I just threw those away

don't order nothing from the one on pleasant run in lancaster because you will not get your pizza!?? your phone calls will be ignored and sent to a voicemail everytime you try to contact them about not receiving your pizza

The driver did not arrive with the soda that I ordered. 3.50. Called the store she apologized and said the driver would bring it back. Driver comes back a second time. Does not leave the 3.50 soda.... Calls the store again.... She said he'd leave it at the doorstep. Check the doorstep after the third attempt.... STILL NO SODA. Calls the store again she says "well the driver said he left it". Ma'am. The driver didn't leave it the first or second time... why am I getting push back and this is my fourth time speaking with you. All that and she could not issue a refund. Now I have to drive there tomorrow for a refund. What's the point of paying for delivery service? Will not use this store and definitely would not recommend. Poorest customer service and experience. Wish I could select a negative star rating because this doesn't even deserve 1.
