Food here is always exceptional! I got my "go to", Porcini Mushroom Pasta, rolled angel hair pasta with mushrooms and olive oil. Subtle, but always delicious. My husband ordered the "Rosa", lasagne, rolled, instead of flat, surrounded by the best marinina. Fabulous! Ambience and service are excellent! One of our favorites!

Friendly staff, great food and atmosphere. Patio seating available too. Highly recommend!

It doesn't live up to the hype. Barely average. You look in a case and choose your food. Burnt flatbread is not good eats. Only enjoyed the wine and that doesn't make a meal

Lovely place. The staff are friendly and a lot of people here know each other. Been coming to Panza's for years. All the food items are delicious, but my favorite is the chicken pizzeta.

Top notch authentic Italian food made with quality ingredients. The infused olive oils are a unique treat.The restaurant is well decorated and has that Italian cafe ambiance. Service was on-point. Can't go wrong with this one!

We really enjoyed this place, the bright airy style is inviting and fun! You order at the counter, where they have examples of the dishes available, as well as their delectable desserts. The owner is so great, he walks around checking on tables, explaining the menu as well as the olive oil and balsamic bar! You can go do a tasting while waiting for your food. The variety of flavors in the infusions they've created is amazing! The dishes are all cooked with their house-made infused olive oils. We ordered a flatbread, a caesar salad, the lemon chicken pasta, an Italian sandwich with a side of soup, wine, and beer for three is us to share. All the dishes were light and fresh, really good Italian-style food. The lemon chicken pasta could have had more chicken, but it was delicious and beautifully presented, the soup (minestrone) was perfect, the sandwich was toasted and loaded with an assortment of Italian meats. As first-time customers, we were given a free cannoli each, crunchy, creamy, with a lovely vanilla flavor...what a nice surprise! After tasting the cannolis we went back to order more desserts to-go, we took the chocolate truffle ball and a slice of their home-made chocolate ice cream home...wowee...that chocolate truffle ball was outstanding...sooo good! The home-made ice cream was amazing too, very rich and creamy. This place is perfect for a casual family dinner, a lunch during the week, or as a quick stop to pick up some amazing desserts. It can be a little pricey, but worth it once in awhile. I'm so happy to have this gem in Old-town Waxahachie.

This place is family owned and they are very sweet people. The food is wonderful! I would definitely recommend for a lunch date or just cause you like Italian. My only wish is that there was slightly more variety and that you could get a half salad with a sandwich instead of having to do the whole salad. However, their menu is incredible. What they have, they do well.

Incredible experience at Panza's. The drinks were top tier and were completely unique with their alcohol base being soju. The food blew my mind. It was such a comfortable place with comfort food. Cannolis we're to die for. Brodie was such a kind guy with service just as good. 10/10 would come back.

After a rough year or so and some adjustments to not having enough staffing Panza's has reopened to just a few days a week and it is during prime dinner time. And, Surprise, they didn't disappoint. They have new delicious pasta dishes used with their oils that they sell here. You have to try it...you don't know what you are missing!They also still have several selections of ice cream, my favorite being the tiramisu ice cream. There is a new small outside section to sit and enjoy dinner or drinks!

this is a regular for us. Love the food. Very friendly staff and the service is always above par. Highly recommended!
