This place used to be so good! The new owners must of changed the food. It was very disappointing. The portion sizes on the chicken and steak were very small, extremely small. I paid a lot of money for this and it was not much meat. The sesame chicken tasted like they use pancake batter and it was so soggy and mushy.. I'm very disappointed I let the manager know. They offered me a replacement of the meal which I don't want. I burped it up for hours later.

Horrible experience! A friend recommended this place and Jades cafe was closed. So we thought try this place. 54 minutes later from time we ordered then they forgot the egg rolls had to go back. If the food would have been good I would have overlooked the service but the food was disgusting. Pictures attached. Who has ever had egg drop soup that is white with corn in it and the orange chicken was swimming in sauce that had a film on it. The restaurant smells of sewer when you walk in. Sorry never leave reviews but this was soooo bad had too. 50 bucks being disputed to inedible food! Do not spend your money here!

I believe they've changed the way they make their Hot and Sour Soup. It taste very good. They mix my half and half ice tea just the way I prefer. Not too sweet. The Hunan Beef and Chicken is wonderful. I'm told they have a new. He's doing great work.

The service was excellent. My server was very friendly and positive. The food was good. I had beef with mushrooms. It came in a brown sauce. The thin slices of meat were cooked to perfection. The mushrooms should have been fresher. The server indicated they would be sure to keep that in mind and improve for next time. I selected fried rice over steamed rice. It seemed to be simply prepared without extra ingredients other than soy sauce. I will select steamed rice next time. The ambiance is the epitome of what I think of when stepping into a bistro. Very lovely, with nice instrumental music playing. The establishment gave me a complimentary sesame ball for my first visit. Very yummy.

This review is a update because Panda House is in a new much better building. Very clean nicely decorated set up more like a wine bar setting. Same good food same good service. This location is not easy to find you have to know Arlington. But Panda House is worth the find.They have a great lunch special menu. You get plenty of food with soup and egg role included. Very good egg drop soup and a nice crispy egg role with my meal. I had the sesame chicken this time but other meals are good. Some of the best tea hands down. They are BYOB at this time not sure for how long. The dinner menu is also very good. They are table service all the time. We have been to this location once and had a good lunch.

On top of our carryout order being incomplete when I arrived home, I asked for some hot peppers and red sauce and she said that will be $1.00 each. Told her no thanks. I've been ordering through Grub Hub and every time have to fight them when they try to bill me. They never believe me when I say I prepaid. I've been doing business with Panda House for well over 20 years and sadly the new management does not seem to want me to continue.Don't get me wrong, the food is GREAT but the service is definitely NOT.

Always hot and fast, I Wish it was closer! All the fried wontons and crab are always crisp. Large servings with plenty of condiments. After a dozen experiences, this is my favorite place.

The food was wonderful, the manager on duty was amazing, great atmosphere, the sesame chicken was divine 10/10 recommend. Everyone in our party had no complaints. Food is made fresh to every order. Definitely becoming a regular spot now on.
