what a gem of a find! FOOD : pretty much our whole table got the fajitas, and whether it was the beef or chicken fajitas we all said how much we absolutely loved them!!! Truly the best fajitas i've had to date, and knowing that they source their meats so well makes it all that much better. The fajitas weren't overly greasy and oily, i left feeling awesome. and it was the perfect amount of food. The flavor and texture was all there! The chips and salsa were also so delicious!!! 10/10 recommend!ATMOSPHERE / SERVICE : We had a great waitress who was super attentive and helpful and on it! We had a lot of people eating and she was really quick to meet our needs. It was a busy place and definitely gets loud so it's a good spot for bigger parties or just hangouts, maybe not so much a date. Overall the price was pretty average and for the food, it was a superstar time. Definitely will be back if i'm in texas again!

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Here's a breakdown of our "memorable" experience:We asked for a table of five outside. Host at the stand says, "No problem, just wait by the bench.". Then, as we stand there like forgotten mannequins, a new hostess swoops in and promptly seats two other parties ahead of us. Cool, cool.I decided to ask apparent new hostess about our table. She didn't seem to know who we were. We were then given queso without chips (yep, you read that right). As we waited the waiter came by to just stir it as even he noticed how it settled with how long we waited.Next, the appetizer plates. They're... how do I put this? Well-aged. Crusty, leftover cheese from someone else's meal. Not exactly the kind of seasoning I was looking for.But here's the real kicker: we ordered two orders of fajitas for two, and they were given to the couple sitting right next to us who had literally just sat down. Another 20 minutes or so before the wait noticed. Most bizarre, most disorganized, most frustrating dining experience I've had in a long time. I'll be skipping this place and remembering it only as a cautionary tale for anyone who asks.

Service is excellent, but food is mid at best! Ambiance & Service: Plenty of outdoor seating with comfy couches. Our server, Brandon, was outstanding--friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience.Food:- Complimentary Chips & Salsa: chips were very stale. Salsa had a nice kick to it. - Cheese Quesadillas: Pretty basic. The rice and beans on the side were bland and lacked seasoning.TL;DR: Great service, but the food doesn't live up to it. Wouldn't return for the food alone.

My brother in-law said this was the best Tex-Mex he'd ever eaten. Considering that he lives in SC by way of growing up in NYC, I wasn't so sure. But, lo and behold, this place is pretty good. The atmosphere here is dark and fun. Very clean and comfortable. The outside seating looked like a great place to nosh, but it was 85-90 degrees, so nah. Our server was very polite, albeit slow and seemingly disorganized. Still, the service was OK. I tend to judge Tex-Mex joints on their salsa. This stuff was served cold (which is a requirement for me). It had very little spice and might've been a little on the tart side, but it was decent. I asked for picosa to spice it up, and all they had was a Louisiana-style hot sauce. Oh well. The queso here is among the best I've ever tasted. Indeed, it was obviously Velveeta a Ro-Tel, but they also added chunks of avocado. Divine. The chips were freshly fried and a little greasy, but that's not unusual.I'm a cheese enchilada guy, but my brother in-law recommended the prime beef enchiladas. They were different in a wonderful way ... shredded beef on the inside with a chili con carne and queso topping that is reminiscent of the Texas red I grew up on. If I could change anything about this joint, the salsa would have some spice, and the food would be a little less on the greasy side. Also, the dude who was working as the host (a short chubby guy) might consider smiling once in a while. Still, next time I'm in this neck of the woods, I'll seriously consider giving them my repeat business.

Came here before the rodeo on a Saturday night. This place is really cool on the inside. We had a large party of 9 people. Definitely make reservations on a weekend; we were sat rather quickly upon arrival. Our waiter was absolutely great. We ordered the Queso de la Casa, guacamole and the brisket stuffed jalapeños to start. I really liked the thickness of the chips and all the appetizers were really good. I'm usually not one that likes bbq mixed in ethnic foods but they did it nicely with the appetizers at least. For dinner I went with the waiter's recommendation of the crab stuffed shrimp. Presentation wise this place does well; portions to price are good on some dishes and ehh on others. The shrimp dish was okay, I personally wasn't a fan of the crab stuffing, but the shrimp were good. This place is really cool, but I'm not a fan of super loud restaurants and dark ones. We couldn't have conversation without literally yelling across the table. Decent food, good drinks, cool vibes, just too dark and loud for my liking.

So this being my first trip to the Stockyards, I was not really sure what to expect. We found this restaurant on Yelp and decided to give it a try. The decor is very upscale and fitting of the surrounding area. Our server Franklin although busy ensured we were taken care of the entire time. The Queso comes pipping hot and the shredded brisket they add to it was phenomenal. The fajitas were definitely enjoyed by my family but I really have to recommend the Birria Tacos. They do have an assortment of adult beverages and you can't go wrong with a House Margarita. I will be back and I do recommend visiting if you are ever in the area.

One of the better places we have had that serves Birria. It's full of flavor, and I really don't understand why there aren't many good reviews about this place. It's located in the Stockyards, and we really loved this place. We have had our fair share of Birria Tacos and this tops them all so far!Our waiter was nice and friendly and made sure we were enjoying our meals. The restaurant is beautiful too, I loved all the decor! I am still drooling about the Aguachiles also! Yum! We will definitely be back!

I stopped in with a friend for a drink and some chips, and we loved it! If weather permits, go for ourdoor seating, as the balcony overlooking the river is lovely. I ordered the coffee and donuts brunch cocktail and it is very good if you're in the mood for a drinkable dessert (which I was). The house queso is exceptional, the brisket really takes it to another level. Our server was nice and we had an overall lovely time.

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this place earned one. The bartender was rude from the second we walked in, offering terrible service with a bad attitude. We still left a decent tip, hoping for the best, but then they served us poorly made margaritas that were honestly terrible. When we told the manager, he didn't care at all--he actually argued with us and insisted the drinks were fine. It's clear they don't care about their customers. Save your time and money--there are way better spots in Fort Worth that actually know how to treat people and make a decent drink.
