Pleasantly surprised by this place. Went there as a back up and we really liked it. The staff were amazing, the prices were good and the food was fantastic with serving sizes that were just right.

Major shout out to this establishment and manager Holden! We were at a neighboring establishment for a club meeting and technical difficulties ruined the evening. Holden opened the doors and saved the day. The food was great, service outstanding and we'll be back!

Since moving to the area, have been trying pizza places trying to find our go-to pizza - something everyone should have. Palio's just might be the one. Went at lunch and my wife and I each had the luncheon special of a 10" pizza, salad and drink. She selected the Greek and I had the Cade and Blake Pesto. Both were thin crust, which was outstanding. The pizzas were packed with flavor with the pesto especially standing out. Everything done perfectly. Generous with all toppings. We each also had a lunch Caesar salad which was also very good - well dressed, fresh. Since it was a weekday lunch, we did not go for one of the beer selections or wines. To me there is not much you can do as far as judging a pizza restaurant beyond what I consider the big four:* Quality of crust (a personal choice in which I lean toward thin and crisp)* Flavor of sauce* Generosity of sauce, toppings and cheese (to me all ingredients should go to the edge so it does not create that wide wasteful crust* Hot and not burnedThis experience at Palio's got high marks in all four areas. Plan on visiting again to try more of the many gourmet pizza choices and maybe build a few of our own selections. The server said the pizzas are available as calzones instead and there are a number of pastas and sandwiches for those not in the mood for pizza.My wife and I look forward to returning soon.
