Palio's Pizza Cafe

Continued disappointment in this location. There is a lady/possible manager that is always rude, short with customers and needs to find a new job! This location used to be good, customer service was great.....food was great. Each time we pickup our orders, our pizza is lukewarm at best. We usually get a salad and without fail....every single time....we have to ask for extra dressing! They seriously need new management! Maybe we will try Hall Johnson location next time!

The service was excellent - very friendly team. The house salad - delicious!The chicken parm - it was okay. The chicken was rubbery, and I found the sauce to be a bit to sweet for me. Overall, it's a nice little neighborhood spot.

The pizza was good. Not OUTSTANDING, but good. We like thin crust pizza and there were lots of options for a reasonable price. Family friendly environment, indoor and outdoor seating, pleasant staff. The problem with the thin crust pizza of course is that it's not super filling and we'd need to order 20 of them in order to actually satiate our family of 8. But for just my husband and I, one small and medium pizza was sufficient and left us neither hungry nor overstuffed. For $27, we thought the value was good - ESPECIALLY when you consider the place is BYOB. Yep, that's right. Zero percent markup on the wine when you can bring it yourself! Palio's provides the glasses. We really enjoyed our Friday night at Palio's and won't hesitate to return.

While I do love a good Palio's pizza, I do not like the inconsistencies between locations. Some have thick crust, some have thin. The menus are different. Some of the menu items have the same name, but are made different, etc. I really like the Palio's in Mansfield, I have come to find out. It's a little annoying going to a Palio's, having your favorite pizza in mind and then it's not on the menu. My favorite pizza is their fajita chicken pizza. This location does not have it. Today we ordered the Jalapeño popper (which is the pizza of the month) and the Scorcher. The pizza at this location has more of a thin, crunchy crust. The jalapeño popper had 4 cheeses bacon and of course jalapeños! It was pretty good, lots of flavor and very cheesy. As for the Scorcher, we had it in mansfield and loved it, so we expected it to be the same here. This was not the case. The Mansfield one has different toppings, which obviously makes it taste different. It was my fault for not comparing ingredients, but when they have the same name you assume it's the same thing! It was still good, but wouldn't get it again at this specific location. The bottom line is, if you find a particular Palio's location that you like, stick to only that location. OR check the menu to make sure they have what you want. Palio's is a great pizza place and has lots of variety, but I don't think I will be coming back to this location.

Called to place an order, Lady/ General Manager was awfully rude with lots of attitude. Maybe have someone more welcoming answer the phone!

Wow!!Some of our new Texas friends recommended Palio's so we decided to check it out on a Tuesday evening for dinner and were pleasantly surprised at how absolutely delicious their pizza is! I had the, "Grace" on cauliflower crust and my husband had their, "king" pizza on regular pan crust. Both were perfection! We also shared and loved the Greek salad. Their staff was very nice and brought our food out to us fairly quickly. It was my first time in a BYOB restaurant (I'm new to Texas) and was excited to see that they offer wine glasses to their customers to use. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable! This is our new favorite pizza location. Next time I'll bring some wine with me!

This was our second time at this place and it's become a favorite for me. The pizza is DELICIOUS and HOT when it comes out. The thick crust is bouncy and light.the service is wonderful. Highly recommend this place!

This Palios is the best. Not only is their food excellent but they are so helpful. I needed 35 pizzas and Laci came in early and made sure my order was ready. My whole group loved the pizzas.Thank you.

Ordered a large pizza for $20 to go, waited about 30 min for it just to find out that it was stale 5 min after i picked it up since they let it sit out in the open. Pizza was super thing it fell apart picking it up. Sausage was rubbery with no taste.the pink sauce was sloppy and had almost none in the container. Breadsticks were also stale with no seasoning just mozzarella and extra greasy. same goes with the pizza, If you're thinking about going to palio's make the extra 10 min and go to the one in coppell.

We ate there on 2/21/24 for a late lunch/early dinner and it was excellent. I had the BBQ chicken pizza and hubby had the Boss. Both were perfect. Staff was helpful, not that we really needed anything.
