If you value friendly staff, don't go here.If you want to have a good time, don't go here As we walked in the door, the owner openly expressed his disappointment to his staff that we had young kids with us, then proceeded to greet us with a parenting lecture & strict ground rules to follow:1. "Don't let your kids touch my windows, i just cleaned them."2. "If you are too loud, you will be banned from my restaurant & believe me, I have already banned several others, including the entire ponder baseball team."3...Anyways, there was a long list to abide by & again, let me remind you that we hadn't even sat down or been inside for more than 30 seconds. When we said we didn't feel very welcome after that, he told us we were welcome to leave. So, thats exactly what we did. Save yourself some time & aggravation,GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Portions are huge. Food is terrible tho. No taste and seems to be precooked. I would have thought burger would came with American but came with cheddar that contributed to the dryness. Tomatoes were not ripe and shouldn't been used. Bun was wet with grease.

Food, service & ambiance were great. It was Veterans Day and veterans ate free! I will go back.

Great food and great service. Only thing is that I wish there were descriptions of the sandwiches and burgers on their menu. It's difficult to decide on what to eat when you're unsure of what comes on the item and I feel bothersome asking the cashier about so many items.

Great BBQ! The atmosphere is pleasant on the eyes. The service was really fast. I will be going back for more of those slow smoked pork ribs. My wife had the salad that came with some awesome blue cheese. Fairly priced with good smoked meats.

Service was excellent! Very friendly. Food was really good. Chicken fried steak could've been tenderized a little more, but great flavor! Nachos were good. Will be back!

I have been back to eat-in rather than order ahead. Food was good. Beer price was also good.

Food is bad and wait time is horrible.We waited for over an hour for our food and couldn't get refills on drinks.

I have been going there since they opened. Don't know what is going on but my mushroom Swiss burger & onion rings tonight tasted awful. My husband waited over 1/2 an hour for his milkshake. There has always been at least one gnat flying around the table but tonight there were 10+ nonstop flying around my food! Don't they do pest control?!?! Anyway, unfortunately, it has gone off my great bbq list & won't be going back. Also the help now is very unfriendly.

Outlaw burgers was our go to burger place in Justin. Our last visit was not our best. I used to get a discount on our check because I was a veteran. This last time they told me the discount would only be on my meal. Not a deal breaker, just disappointing. The burgers were a little off this visit. Not bad, just not up to the standards we were used to getting. Probably just a bad night. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of it.
