This place was surprisingly good. The aesthetics and location had my coworkers and I concerned, but when the food came out we were all amazed. Very good quality food, and the portions are huge especially for the low prices. Totally a diamond in the rough! Service was kinda slow, but so worth the wait. We'll be back!

I ordered the veggie tempura roll. My hopes were high but I was highly disappointed. The batter taste very old and every bite was pretty unbearable. I would not recommend this place for the veggie rolls.

This place is in a a VERY SEEDY area. Not being from Dallas, or know this area of town I was very uncertain of this place. It is located in a strip center, and STRIP is a very appropriate term. It sits right next to a POT store, and just a couple of dots down from "CONDOMS TO GO". None the less, we still decided to try the food and support a small business owner. We went into the restaurant and should have left when we had call out for someone 4-5 times before someone came out from the back. My wife and I were handed just one menu, and a sheet of paper where we had to write down our own order. While the prices were fairly inexpensive, you definitely get what you paid for, which was not much. We got the Teriyaki Chicken and Japanese egg rolls, both lacked much flavor. We were provided a pair of chopsticks, and a PLASTIC FORK to eat with. Since they did not have iced tea to drink, and only has had bottled soda, water a beer, I asked for hot tea. You would think I had asked for the finest Russian caviar with the look I was given. Even if I lived in the Dallas area, I would never return a this place.

Oh Sushi! Oh my! Location: in a strip mall on Northwest Hwy. The place is owned by a couple for the past 18 years. To survive this location and through the Covid shutdown, you know it must be good.The ambiance: Once you enter the place it appears simple and clean. A door chime alerts the staff of your entrance. They greet you with a smile and are busy trying to make you welcome.The service: A little bit of communication mixup, I ordered for dine in and they prepared for to go. No worries, the food tasted the same and they thought they were being accommodating to me.The food: I ordered the California roll and the Shrimp Tempura roll. Both were fresh and delicious! I highly recommend the same.The price: Average to less than average in price, with a bottled drink my total bill was $20.84. Definitely recommend giving this place a try. I will be back!
