Ocean Seafood Market

I don't know how else to rate this place. We live in Arkansas and are not within 7-9 hours of the gulf. Looked this place up in Fort Worth. Our target species was Blue Crabs. They had plenty and all were alive. Myself and my grandson picked about 20. Set us back about $30. They had about every type of seafood you would want. All smelled fresh like the ocean. The place did not smell like spoiled fish. That will be my go to spot for fresh fish. Customer service was good too.

Best crawfish and shrimp in the DFW area!! Vincent, the owner, is so helpful if you have a large party and don't know how much to buy. He also has supplies--shrimp boil, cornmeal, etc.

Really good Viet-Cajun boils served here and it's also a mini supermarket. Gotta check this place out!

So, what should you do if your crabs smell like Ammonia? The smell of ammonia is a byproduct of the decomposition of seafood. Your fishmonger probably sold you a crab that has gone bad. To avoid getting sick, do not eat crabs, or any type of seafood, that smell like ammonia.These ppl sold me spoiled blue crabs and when I called to complain about it they laughed and said oh well. When I open the shell it immediately burned my eyes because the ammonia that came from the crab was so strong. Those ppl try to kill me.

I've been going here for years and i've always been a fan of their famous seafood boils. The last time i went honestly it was not that good the shrimp wasn't really fully cooked fully. This was the first time i've had any complaints about this place because since 2019 it has been one of my favorite places and i will always recommend it to everyone. I believe it was a one time mistake because overall it has always been good the taste of the sauce they make is incomparable!

Customer service is always the best when I shop there. I buy blue crab when I can and it's always the best full of meat and delicious.

Don't r as this book by its cover, Best darn shrimp and crawfish, seasoned and cooked we have ever had. Small market with a few tables but can have cooked and bring home too. Is now our go to place for seafood.Great friendly service too.

Nice place to buy in bulk seafood. But that cashiers face says it all. She's rude don't want to be there and talkers to others while u talking to her, so u have to repeat! Annoying!

We bought 50# of crawfish. We didn't have any dead ones. I will definitely be back! They also have alligator!

i spent $300 of seafoid for a broil. I told the owner UNCOOKED seafood. He gave us 5 pounds of COOKED Crab legs. They were put in the pot and were to soft to break open. Ruined our broil!
