Niki's Italian Bistro

What an wonderful place and amazing food. Jon was our server and five stars for Jon, the management and, that chefs. Great atmosphere, too.

My recent visit to Niki's Italian was extremely disappointing, despite a few redeeming qualities.The service was poor from the outset. We waited five minutes to be acknowledged and had to ask twice just to receive water. Alcoholic drinks took 10 minutes to arrive, while soda took 15 minutes.After placing our order, we waited over 30 minutes for the food. When it finally arrived, one dish was incorrect. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I was questioned about what I had ordered. To make matters worse, we were informed that the incorrect dish was thrown in the trash, which I found appalling and wasteful.A second round of drinks was never brought to our table. When we asked about it, we were questioned as if we had already consumed them--despite the fact that the table had not been cleared and there was clear evidence we hadn't.Speaking to the owner about the issues didn't improve the situation. While he comped two drinks, his attitude was rude and dismissive.The food didn't make up for the poor service. The chicken piccata was overly creamy and far from the traditional preparation I expected.The environment itself was also lacking. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm, which made the long waits even more frustrating. However, I will say the piano player was wonderful and added a festive touch with great Christmas music.While the live music was enjoyable, it wasn't enough to make up for the overall poor experience. I cannot recommend Niki's Italian based on this visit.

Great experience! We had to go to the medical supply store next-door and talking to the owner he suggested to eat at the Italian restaurant next-door to their store. Definitely a great suggestion! I got the grilled salmon with grilled vegetables and my sister got the linguine and white clam sauce! Both are very tasty well done and cooked the salmon to perfection! They also suggested to get the lemon cello cheesecake which was superb! Will definitely visit here again when I return!

We have been coming here for years and Niki's continues to stay true to its menu, atmosphere, and service. The restaurant is large and can accommodate large groups, family dinners, as well as romantic dinners for two. The restaurant side is classy while the bar side is fun complete with dance area. You'll still get the same great taste of food. We've been here on karaoke nights, live bands and DJ's. They also have an outdoor seating area. Wonderful place!

Food is always amazing here! There's several areas to sit- one is fine dining, one is in between, and one is a pub/karaoke and patio. Live music on weekend evenings makes this a very special place to my family and I. I almost always try one of the new specials and this time was no different. I forget the name but it's essentially a pan grilled chicken breast in a lemon herb butter with spaghetti underneath. Very yummy! The calzones are huge and so is the pizza- I recommend trying a pizza with their meatballs.

The food was really disappointing. The chicken was really tough, as was the bread. My friend called the waitress's attention to it very politely and she got a little snippy about it but then later seemed a bit apologetic about it. Otherwise, the service was ok. It has your standard neighborhood Italian restaurant vibe to it. I wouldn't return, just due to the food not being up to par.

A huge shoutout to the Niki's team for allowing us to host my mother in laws 80th birthday party last night. Heather (my fav) and Alex did an amazing job taking care of us and our guests!!! Thank you so much! Food was fabulous as well!

Wonderful service at my husband's 70th birthday dinner party! Table of 14 was comfortable. Piano music sounded great! A great evening! Delicious food!

I called in an order today. EXTREMELY disappointed in this establishment. I have frequented this spot for years. Today, they got my call in order completely wrong. While it was an inconvenience getting it wrong, that is human error and was not the real issue. The problem was that when I called to tell them they got 3 for 3 orders wrong, the OWNER (at least he told me he was the owner) argued with me. When I tried to tell him what I ordered, he raised his voice and told me that was not what I ordered. The only thing he should have said was "I really apologize, we are really busy tonight, maybe my server did not hear your order correctly." He should have offered to correct it. It was already an inconvenience to have to go back to the restaurant, however, having the owner raise his voice and REFUSE to correct their error was more than disappointing. It is really sad when we have reached a place in humanity where an establishment that is supposed to be about customer service has absolutely no concern for the customer experience at all.

I have gone here for years for karaoke on Sunday night and other times for bands. I have eaten many times in the bar area. It has changed dramatically in the last 6 months but last night took the cake. We just went into have a glass of wine and listen to karaoke. There weren't many people and it used to be packed. They have implemented a 2 drink minimum and when we got the bill it was $70 for 4 glasses of wine. We had the house Cabarnet. There was a 20% tip added to the bill and there were only 2 of us. The wine turned out to be $14 for a 5 ounce glass of wine. This is absurd!! We will not be back. The manager's only response was that he has really good wine NOT!
