We had an amazing experience at Mister Charles!The restaurant is beautiful, and the cocktails and food were exceptional, especially the King Crab legs that were included in their surf n turf special that evening. As we were celebrating my wife's birthday as a party of 10, we reserved our dinner through their Event Coordinator, Jennifer. She offered a custom prix fixe menu, and was very communicative throughout the whole process. She even reached out afterwards to thank us, confirm that they exceeded our expectations, which they did. Ana, our server, was very welcoming and attentive, and the same can be said for the 3-4 other members of the staff that ran food, drinks, and reset napkins and cutlery when someone got up from the table to go to the restroom. We can't wait to come back!

I will give props to Mister Charles's service and overall decor. We went in celebration of some big life news, and the serves made sure to make us feel special! They also did a wonderful job fully explaining the menu and sharing some of the popular dishes. We did enjoy the food, but there was nothing that really stood out. It was all very good, but we didn't walk away with a specific dish on our minds. We ordered the Corn and Truffle Beignet and the Crab Cakes as an appetizer. The Beignets were delicious, but any fried dish usually is. The Crab Cake was standard. For my main dish, I ordered the Red Snapper Milanese- this dish was good but it didn't surprise me or stand out. The best part of our meal was dessert- a sort of Passion Fruit and Coconut pie. I did absolutely love this but am very partial to all things passionfruit. All in all, I would come back to Mister Charles and even recommend it to friends looking for a nice dinner out, however, what will continue to stick out to me the most is the wonderful service, not necessarily the food.

Mister Charles had the best service and food I've ever had in Dallas. It was extremely professional, organized, and beautiful. It is now my fiancé and I's favorite restaurant in Dallas. After trying to get a reservation for a while, we finally got a reservation at Mister Charles. This restaurant has received a lot of praise and recognition online and from the Michelin Guide. The atmosphere in here is one of my favorites I've ever been to. Our servers were also kind and helpful, but did not intrude on the dinner. We started off with the beef carpaccio and the corn and truffle beignets which were incredible. We then got the Spicy Lumache Arrabbiata andTruffle Scarpinocc pastas. I thoroughly enjoyed both but enjoyed the spicy pasta a little bit more. For a drink, I got the Highland Park pharmacy penicillin, which was amazing and I would 100% recommend. For dessert we got the baked Alaska which had a great presentation and was executed well. In the future, I think I would prefer the chocolate cake for dessert, but did not regret the decision.

Food: Pasta dishes were tasty - I got the Short Rib dumpling pasta ($28), well flavored and well seasoned. Steak was delicious. Drinks were fantastic, loved the espresso martini with Bailey's. Pictured is the espresso martini and the lobster brioche bite and the insider decor/ambiance. In the future, I'd stick to the appetizers and entrees - none of the items at the top of the menu. Ambiance: Upscale, decor was gorgeous with the chandeliers and interior touches.

Always love me some mister charles!!! This visit i had a whole wagyu Wellington to myself because that's just who I am now. And I had zero regrets. So so good. Also tried some of my friend's scallops, which were delicious and so cleverly done with pomegranate seeds. The little amuse bouches were fun--the Lobster Roll one is delicious, but the foie gras one was a wet leaky mess haha.

Omg.. Mister Charles!! We had such a great evening here over the holidays!! We made a trip to Dallas to visit fam, but also made an evening out of the 12 Days of Christmas at the arboretum and Mister Charles! This place came highly recommended to us and it did not disappoint. We had reservations but our table was not yet ready when we arrived. We stood around for maybe 10 minutes before they seated us! Service was on point after that and they took our orders and checked in frequently. Food came at a very good pace! Ambiance was very different on the two sides of the restaurant.. one side was dark and gave off old steak house vibes while the other was bright with the black and white tiles, chandelier and greenery! I believe there was an upstairs dining area as well! 1. Caesar salad - was pretty large and can be shared between 2-3 people! It was fresh crispy greens and nicely dressed!2. The frickin Corn and Truffle Beignets! These didn't look like much but they were frickin good! Get them and thank me later! That chive creme fraiche made the dish!!3. Truffle Pasta - it was the special of the night and because I have a love for truffles and all things carbs, this is what I got! It was good but the truffle flavor was very light, even with the tableside shaving of fresh truffles.. 4. The Texas Waygu Short Rib Wellington was the dish of the night! Served and cut tableside, it was a gigantic portion! I'm not sure a single person could finish it. The meat was tender and cooked perfectly on the inside, which is hard to do when you need to cook the flakey pastry to perfection as well! We enjoyed it a lot and my friend still speaks about it to this day! We'll have to go back just for it.Delicious drinks, delicious food and great company! This place is nice, ambiance a bit high end and fancy, but definitely not stuffy! They played hip hop towards the end of the evening and gave it another vibe! We loved it so much!

I absolutely adore this place! Decided to celebrate the boyfriend's birthday here. The huge windows just make the restaurant absolutely stunning. They greet you right away and introduce you to your server. Food came out pretty quickly which was perfect since I was starving! The small bites were absolutely delicious. The cocktails were phenomenal. Had a cocktail with Pandan (which I love) which was perfectly balanced. Had the halibut which was perfectly cooked. Boyfriend had the beef Wellington which was honestly large enough for 2, but was super tasty. Wait staff would be on top of filling our waters. Honestly, this place is beyond perfect and I can't wait to stop by again soon!

Wonderful restaurant! Everything was done to perfection. We celebrated our anniversary here and they pulled out all the stops! Our hostesses were so gracious and kind from taking pics of us, grabbing our coats, and placing a rose on our table to celebrate us. We were a little late but they still sat us at a nice table for 2. Our server Hannah is awesome! Got our orders in, and everything was cook to perfection! Service here is spot on with waters always filled, clean silverware at every course, and she has great taste in cocktail recommendations!! We got the beef carpaccio, Dover sole, and beef wellington. Our sides were the pomme alligot (cheesy mash potatoes) and mushrooms.Honestly, there's not a thing I do not like. Beef carpaccio 10/10! Wonderfully thinly sliced beef with capers, and I have no idea what else was on it that makes this has a little kick and nice balance of crunchy texture and delicious meat! It's so good!Beef wellington- 9.5/10. Short ribs were nicely cooked with perfect fat to meet ratio. Pastry crust was flaky and delicious! Gravy sauce was a little salty but still delicious. I think this was the star the show!The Dover sole with lobster sauce is chef's kiss -9/ 10 I just wish they didn't take away the sauce. I should have asked them to leave the sauce in the table. It was wonderful!! Although they removed most of the bones, I still found some in my plate but not a big deal. If it was removed perfectly, I think I would give it a solid 10.Pomme alligot - 8/10! Beautiful cheesy malty mash potatoes!! Great side dishMushrooms- 7/10 a wonderful addition to my already full plate!Drinks- we had the root beer old fashion and kiss of a rose (I think) and they were wonderful!Our server Hannah gave us such a wonderful dessert! It was a passion fruit something. I'm not sure what to was cause it was on the house and we were even thinking of dessert but it was such a nice and thoughtful gesture! I can't believe I have been in Dallas for so long and still had yet to try this place!The restaurant is so beautiful and romantic. We were in the private room on the second floor, which overlooks the rest of the restaurant. The drinks were delicious - my personal favorite cocktail was Crime of Passion. 'We shared several appetizers including the caesar salad (so good!). The pastas were great but I loved the spicy lumache arrabbiata, which had such great flavor. However, an absolutely must is the wagyu short rib wellington. Oh my goodness. How delicious! The wagyu is so tender and the puff pastry is flaky and perfect. I cannot wait to go back!
