Miranda's Fresh Mexican Food

Basic run of the mill mexican food restaurant. I've been to fast food Mexican restaurants that had better food. Would I go back. No. There are way too many options to settle for mediocre food. The hot sauce and chips were good.

Decided to give this place a try...although not the easiest to get to.We tried the bean caviar which was hot and tasty.The margarita was lack luster- almost like a wine coolerI got the Mexican Dinner - the rice was fresh and the tamale had good flavor.My daughter got the 2 enchilada plate which came with a cheese and beef however she subbed for a chicken and ended up with 2 of those. She thought they were pretty good. The guacamole was sour- not fresh.Husband got a shredded chicken dinner- forget the name but he said it was ok except the tortillas were not fresh.The salsa was tasteless...chips were warm and fresh.The waiter was awesome! He was very efficient and always around!

We were seated quickly, but both my husband's orders were wrong. When I addressed it, the server said "Sorry, I told them", but they didn't offer to replace the food with the correct order. The bowl of taco soup was basically broth, three slices of avocado, and a bunch of cilantro (that I requested without). We ordered a side of guacamole for $2.99 and they brought a disposable cup the size of a ranch. I heard such great reviews but don't think I would return. I'm not only to complain, but this didn't level up to the reviews I have heard, sadly.

This was the worst Tex Mex I have ever had! The food tasted as if they bought everything from Sam's and heated it up. The queso was definitely from a can, the hot sauce tasted like pace picante, chips were stale. The sauce on the enchiladas tasted like canned chili, and the sauce on the fish tacos tasted like thousand island dressing. This was not even Tex Mex. The only thing good was the service but not worth going back.

Not that good of food, thought I was going to eat some good Tex mex food but it doesn't have very good taste enchiladas and fajitas and honestly the chips and salsa weren't even good

Overnighting next door so returned to Miranda's. After a long drive from Denver starting at 0600 we needed a quick meal before turning in. My wife ordered a Chardonnay and I ordered a Modelo dark. From the reaction on my wife's face I was pretty sure what she got wasn't Chardonnay ... more like a Riesling. Sure enough. Cassie replaced it immediately with no question. Wife had a small guacamole salad which was essentially mashed-up avocados on lettuce and tomatoes. It was just okay. I wanted something a bit lighter than a big combo meal so had a taco salad with shredded chicken which was nicely spiced. Lots of cream cheese and guacamole . I enjoyed every last bite!! Great way to end our day!

We have made this place apart of our family tradition for Christmas. Friendly service and kid friendly. Best place to watch football after exploring Mainstay Tree Farm.

It was a convenient place to eat, next door to the motel!The chips n salsa were fresh. Food was really pretty good.

First time long time! Had a great dinner with a friend of mine yesterday. We split the street tacos and the Chile rellonBoth were delicious. Definitely worth a try

I told my husband that I won't be returning here. Fajitas were edible but not worth eating again. Chicken was dry and we got large portion of chicken skin with our fajitas. Tortillas were not fresh. Margarita had little to no alcohol. Our server was very sweet but the hostess told us to seat ourselves.
