My wife and I'd had a busy day, so it was time to go somewhere and relax. The weather was good, and we both said at the same time "Mi Pueblo!" Off to Mi Pueblo was headed. It was definitely patio weather. First off, we ordered a couple of margarita schooners to accompany their wonderful chips and salsa. We love that they bring out a spicier salsa along with their regular salsa. We mix the two salsas together.When we walked in one of the blackboard specials was Birria Tacos. I hadn't tried them before. I quickly decided that's what I was going to order. My wife opted for chicken quesadillas, one of her favorites at Mi Pueblo. We told our server we weren't in any hurry especially since the weather was perfect for the middle of November. We sipped on our margaritas and probably consumed way TOO many chips, but they were so good.Both of our entrees were delicious. My wife loved her chicken quesadillas. My special Birria Taco platter was incredible. Although it was messy to eat with all the dipping of the 3 tacos in the birria sauce. The depth of flavor was phenomenal. I'll definitely order them again if they become a regular menu item. We both love dining at Mi Pueblo and are so happy it's close to us.

A quick dinner before the Lightscape show. Mi Pueblo did not disappoint.The restaurant was bustling. The services was timely and the food delicious. Our party of 5 nit one complaint. Margaritas were big and delicious and giant beers as well.Thanks for great service and delicious!

Had the BEST pozole here. I loveeee pozole and this was so good! They only serve it on the weekends. The large amount of pork that was in this bowl was amazing! The broth was seasoned to perfection. I would come back every day and have two bowls, and never get tired of it. Not pictured, the giant frozen mango margarita, also delicious!

Ordered through UberEats because they were running a special and glad I did! The sour cream enchiladas (with shredded chicken) were a solid 7.5/10. I actually enjoyed the rice & beans on the side more as they are pretty authentic tasting. Not many great Tex Mex options in NRH so I'd say it's worth a try.

Ive frequented Mi Pueblo recently at least once a week. The chips are soooo good and both salsas they bring with them are PERFECT. (Please never change any of the three). Dos Esquis on draft are a nice addition to the meal whether I go for lunch or dinner. The pozole on the weekend is delicious, you have got to try it with fresh homemade corn tortillas! I've had so many items from the menu as I'm always in search of Baja style Mexican food vs. Tex-Mex (I'm from the west coast what can I say!?) I simply can't list them all!

I've passed by this place a few times and figured Id try it sometime but i finally stopped here with some friends that were in town. I can say I enjoyed coming here. Our server was amazing and made us feel super welcome. I ended up getting the Fajita enchiladas and the chicken flautas. Both dishes were delicious and authentic. Definitely recommend this place if you're around the North richland hills area.

Great for lunch and good for dinner. It's TexMex and it's very good. I prefer the chicken fajitas plate. The cheese enchiladas ate awesome.I have been making trips to this restaurant for years and I have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is great and plenty friendly and helpful staff. You can't go wrong here for lunch or dinner!!

The best Tex mex I've found in ft worth aside from Joe Ts We always ask for Jose who when u ask us such and such dish good he always says "everything is good" which is true. He will replace my entree if I don't like it and I have yet to return anything Jose makes me feel like Norm from cheers even when we can't sit in his section he comes by to say hiHighly recommend both Jose and my Pueblo
