I cant believe I'm the first to leave a Yelp review here - because Meyer and Sage is fantastic. Check-in with my friend Heather - she's awesome and has a good feel for what's good & tasty here. Meyer & Sage is more "culinary studio" then a grab and go market - as they have beautifully prepared and oven ready meals to go or for curb-side pick-up. The "grab and go" but eat-in atmosphere is beautiful - reminds me more of a day spa then a restaurant! Baked Halibut, Tai Salmon, Mediterranean chicken, Bison Patty Melts and a wide variety of salads, spreads and healthy side dishes - come check-out the market case here.Great visit!

Cute little shop. $20 for a small cup of tuna and an organic soda. Tuna was good. I would try other items they had if I need a bite to hold me over until I got a meal. You could easily spend $40 on 3-4 food items. Very small salads were $16.

Meyer & Sage is a fantastic place to grab a healthy, fresh meal. I am new to the Fort Worth area and have already been here three times! I've tried two of their salads - absolutely delicious - as well as their chicken salad, tuna salad, and hummus. There is a wide variety of beverages, including Topo Chico. I have been impressed every time. They also have meals you can pick up for dinner and pop in the oven. Everything is fresh and looks delicious. The inside of the store is clean and trendy and the staff is very inviting. I will definitely be a regular here!

Meyer & Sage makes the single, most beautiful charcuterie in all of DFW-- this is common knowledge. However, did you know that their chicken salad is also world class? And no, I'm not eating a solo container of it in my car, so that I don't have to share with my husband-- why do you ask? Prices are super reasonable. Like, for slightly more than a Kroger party platter that no one will touch, you will glide into a party with THE dish everyone is glowing about. Also, adding this to my list of quick lunch places, that fridge is so full of fresh, quick options that don't leave you feeling crummy.
