Memphis Nightclub

One of my favorite spots for live music and drinks. The band is incredible and plays the best covers from 70s - 90s.

I watched the main bartender, Ian over serve a patron then he beat him up because he thought the patron was being belligerent.

Super causal bar/night club with live music that charges $10 for admission (go through the restaurant side). We stumbled in there on a Friday night when Mars Hill was playing. Not knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised. Mars Hill is a killer band who plays anything from the Temptations to Prince and Sir Mix-a-Lot to Chris Stapleton. The female lead singer was the rocker, male lead singer was the country star, and the trumpet player, saxophonist, and trombonist each rapped! What?! The guitar player killed it as well.There's a small strip of "dance floor" space where plenty of people were dancing all night. There's reentry so feel free to come and go as you please. I believe you can also bring food from next door into the bar. There are over 10 small tables you can gather around for a close up of the band. Our server was really nice and quick. The only questionable thing was that we ordered four Old-Fashioned, one Shiner, and three shots totalling $120. I think that's pretty hefty for a casual joint.I heard they play jazz only on Mondays. We'll have to check that out soon!

Memphis has been there forever. They have some of the best bands place can be crowded on the weekends and was a jive right next door gets perfect.

Such a fun atmosphere. I went two nights in a row while staying in Dallas. The first night I had dinner and ate their chicken Cobb salad with a Cajun vinaigrette-which was delicious. Then I stayed for the fun band. The second night I just had to go back. The dancing and people were so lively and the bands were rocking.

Always a great time. The bands vary, that said I haven't had a "bad" band experience. The drinks are inexpensive, so you can definitely get ur drink on!

They have great bands there and they have live music every night!They offer food from the other side of the building which is Shuck and Jive, which is pretty good bar food.

LOVED THIS PLACE! The band (InFocus) supplied the crowd with amazing music and plenty of dancing was done. I will certainly return anytime I'm in town. Also wanna give a should out to the bartenders. They were helpful and quick to serve!

It's really 0 stars but can't really do that on yelp. The place was super crowded. The band that night was very off. My heart goes out to the drummer that tried to keep everyone on point. They were using click tracks to fill in their missing instruments and the only musician listening and following the tracks was the drummer. Everyone else was OFF. Additionally, I was surprised that they allowed smoking in the bar. I thought that smoking in Venues was banned??

Great vibe 10 out of 10 recommend. Perfect night out for a fun laid back night with a live band
