Mariscos El Cachanilla

Amazing food!!! Had the ceviche tostada to try out and the shrimp quesadilla. The food is perfectly seasoned, great portions and well priced. Very authentic! And if you love the perfect hot sauce this place is your place. Usually most places have good food and bad sauce or just one of the sauces is good. This place both green and red sauce are perfect! Be prepared it is spicy but perfect!

This place knows what they are doing. I got shrimp cocktail, aguachile shrimp, and fried fish tacos and it did not disappoint. It also helped that they have a wide range of sauces. Will be coming back to this place.

I don't know what to say other then the absolute truth this place is hands down the best food truck I have ever been to they are always so nice and sweet and the food my god it's delicious food trucks have a bad rep for giving people food poisoning I've been here three times and I haven't gotten sick and the shrimp taste like some of the freshest sea food I definitely recommend the aguachiles negros

As far as customer service goes...very good and wait time is very minimal. However the food...I spent $40 on two of the hot chips with the shrimp stuff and a shrimp cocktail. Neither of them had any kind of seasoning or flavor. I had to squeeze limes that I had in my fridge just for some kind of flavor. The shrimp cocktail was also nasty so I ended up throwing that out ...I definitely feel like I wasted my money & I did leave a $5 tip on top of this. I definitely should've ordered something else like perhaps the tacos or quesadilla. I wanted to try something new & I was a first timer and last customer. I just don't think I want to try anything else seeing that the items I had didn't have any flavor so I'd hate to waste even more money on anything else. The experience was disappointing since they have SO MANY great reviews. I'm from Houston so my expectations for food quality is pretty high so I may just be biased tbh.

The best ceviche and shrimp tacos! Their food is always fresh and hot. The family is always so nice and welcoming. The ceviche with mango habanero sauce is a must try if you like spicy! Always bomb when we go!

Been seeing this truck and decided to stop by, was not disappointed at all! The ceviche was nice, light, and refreshing especially on a hot summer Texas day. The gobernador tacos, well let's just say I'm mad at myself for only ordering two, they were hot and delicious. I will definitely be going back to try a few other things. They do take cards but felt bad cause didn't get to tip so if you pay by card take a few bucks cash to tip.

Excellent food. Portion was really good as well. Worth the price and would recommend.
