Margarita's Mexican Restaurant

Hola ! Really quaint place off the strip and mostly Latin people inside which a great sign. Came here for a breakfast burrito or best option . They allow you to pick any omelette and put It in a burrito ! I did that minus the beans . Chips and salsa were solid and I loved the salsa which had a kick and later was used for my burrito ! Great friendly service and my burrito was great ! Will be back to try the dinner menu !

This is a place we would usually enjoy going to but today wasn't the best experience today from the beginning we didn't feel very welcomed we sat outside and they took a while to clean the tables we sat at. So we waited a while just to sit down.. Not only that but my food was okay but my husband and brother got menudo that was way too spicy not very enjoyable so we tried to ask politely if they could take it off and they said no, We asked if we can replace with something else and they would not replace it with anything unless we pay for something else. Not only that but when it came to paying for our tab they automatically charged 20 % because we were a party of 7 when most restaurants don't do that unless you're a bigger party. We were not trying to get free food but when your not happy with your food that your paying for they should be able to do something to make the customer satisfied and that was not the case. This will probably be our last time going.

Corn and flour tortillas were home made and delicious! Chips and salsa was delicious! Barbacoa was outstanding! Fajitas flavorful and plentiful! Quesadillas were massive! Flautas were great! Drinks were on point just a little pricey.

We were looking for a restaurant close to the Dallas Zoo. This is a nice, clean place. My wife and I both had the mole enchiladas with chicken. Delicious! The mole was the best we have had in any restaurant. It was smooth, chocolatey and spicy.

Food was amazing, full of flavor & spice. I will most definitely be returning. Chips & salsa was amazing too!

First visit to this fast casual Mexican restaurant fronting Jefferson Boulevard. Plenty of free parking at the meters along Jefferson Boulevard6pm. Nice clean restaurant with a few tables in their sidewalk patio and lots of seating inside. Cool contemporary interior with minimal decorations and two large HD TV monitors.We were greeted promptly at the door and seated.Service was fast and friendly. They provide two different types of salsa at the table along with tortilla chips. This Tuesday evening they had chalkboard specials which included tacos for two dollars each. Happy hour from 4 PM to 7 PM. I ordered a variety of five tacos and a margarita on the rocks. The margarita was served in a generous sized glass with a salted rim. Very satisfying. It was also nice that the server gave me a glass of ice water without having to ask. My large house margarita was only five dollars at the happy hour two dollar off price.My five tacos came to our table after a few minutes. They were accompanied by chopped cilantro, white onion, and three lime wedges for garnish. All five tacos were good. The meat in each one was very tender although they could've use a little bit more spiciness. The best part was that none of them were greasy at all. I just used some of the picante salsa to enhance the flavor. At two bucks apiece my entire food order of five tacos totaled just $10. No problem getting separate checks. Would dine here again because it is a great value, service is great, and parking is easy (early evening). They don't do catering yet. They would get a fifth star if the flavor of the taco filling (I tried five different kinds of meats) would be a little more flavorful.

This is our second visit to Margaritas... and it's amazing. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and GREAT food. Try a margarita. And the queso flameado appetizer will not disappoint! This is now our 'go to' spot before a show at Texas Theatre!

My family of 3 were at restaurant last night for dinner, There were 2 other tables in the restaurant and it took about 25 mins to receive our orders. The service was slow and the food inconsistent. My son and myself had been in for lunch and everything was great, but this dinner was completely different.The shrimp on my sons plate was overcooked and rubbery and my guiso plate was nothing compared to the guiso I had ordered at lunch. The soft flour tortillas I had received at lunch now seemed to be crispy and overheated. If you want a great plate of food, I'd recommend going for lunch.

Very disappointed. Was waiting for 2hrs just to get my food meanwhile everyone around us who got here after us received there food in less than 30 minutes...

Sat myself. Only one person working. Waiting 20 minutes for a watered down margarita. Decided to look at reviews..paid for my drink and left. If you saw other reviews you would know.
