Came here for dinner with some friends and I had a great time. The food came out quick and was absolutely delicious. They cook their burgers perfectly (with just a little pink). If you like jalapeños consider adding the grilled jalapeños. They were delicious. The service was great. I felt the table never had trash on it. They were constantly picking up finished plates and papers. Typically on a Tuesday night most places are pretty quiet but this place had a decent amount of people having dinners. Definitely a good place to grab a burger with friends and maybe even a beer if that's your thing.

Yep, our experience was Not good, that is a one star rating.We were waiting for this location to open eagerly, which was super late to begin with.Soft opening was fun for me and my friends, I literally came here every day, sometimes 3 times a day, always bringing someone else not just for variety but for business as well. You would want me to be your lunch buddy trust me ;)The gentleman with a white short hair even commented on one of my visits: "I see you more than my wife:)"Everyone was nice and food was perfectly cooked and came out in a timely manner.I showed up for lunch after the soft opening with a friend of mine, the line was long and this person with a longer white hair, kinda chubby was around and I asked him jokingly where is the VIP line?! His response with a straight face was that I got my Free food for all these days that I have been coming here.My friend looked at me wondering what was that about. I just decided to ignore it and be happy, I have not seen my friend for a while, so I was focusing on us.Ordered, dropped $50 for lunch on 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 soft drinks.We both asked for medium temp, we got 2 well done burgers but since I thought that I am going to build a good relationship with them and all they did for us before... I just did not say anything and enjoyed my company.Well... s... hit the fan when a group of us, I believe 12, came in on a Sunday to celebrate 2 birthdays. My 2 friends passed by to ask if we can have a table for that many of us and if we can bring some cupcakes in. This same weird dude\manager said yes.So those friends went to get the cupcakes and let us know that we will celebrate there. 8 of us showed up around the same time and my 2 friends said that they will not seat neither serve us until everyone is there and that the manager took the cupcakes away. There are 3 chairs at the waiting area, one of our friend was 90 years old and sat on a chair by a table with other people waiting and this young busser guy scolded us that we are not allowed to do that. Talking about what is not allowed, you can read a whole list as you step in, so inviting right?One of my friends needed a charger so he asked one of the employees behind the bar, who was about to help him out and hand him one when that weird chubby white hair manager rushed there to tell my friend: NO!!!Great hospitality huh? We are still standing around because we had friends coming from further away, and the place started to fill up and since they were not making any effort to accommodate us, we all decided that we do not want to be around this weird energy, so I walked up to the bar, asked them for our cupcakes and we left.It took me a while to write this review, because all these friends that wanted to celebrate here was very excited about this new location and we all left with bad taste in our mouth. None of us is even thinking of coming back here, and most of us decided to leave a review and let the world know that this place is lacking on customer service the most and also food quality and this "lovely" manager just took out a bunch of money from the owner's and the employees' pocket as well. Do the math how much we would have spent?! 12 people, brunch, celebration...I hope the owner is looking at the reviews and act accordingly.We went to Kennys burger joint last week, and we all said that their burger is fresher, fluffier, the meat is not heavy but super delis. Do not even mention that the service is impeccable and our perfectly cooked burgers came out so fast... every bite was heaven, really.I pass by Maple motors pretty often and the parking lot was much fuller in the beginning, not so much anymore. I always wish the best, I want all business to thrive but the right people should be running those businesses. In this case that is a missing link. Rude, obnoxious, don't care attitude here. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!!! I warned you!

I visited this place recently, and it was packed -- turns out, it's the second location. The ordering process is more of a "get in line, place your order, and pay" setup, and your food is brought to you when it's ready. The wait for food is fairly short, and the vibe is fast-paced -- it's more of a "eat and leave" kind of environment.I decided to try the classic cheeseburger, which was recommended, priced at $10.25. Honestly, it didn't wow me. The beef was cooked well, but it lacked much seasoning, so it wasn't anything special. Overall, it's a good burger, but I feel it's a bit overpriced for what you get.Fries are sold separately for $3.85, and I liked that they were well-washed and didn't have that overly starchy taste. The classic margarita ($5.95) was balanced and served frozen, a refreshing choice!

One our absolutely favorite burger restaurants. Much closer to home than the OG and every bit as yummy. There's more space to "stretch out" at this location so the vibe is more relaxed. The service is excellent and EVERYTHING on the menu from bologna to brisket to burgers is OUTSTANDING! DEFINITELY A MUST TRY!!!

We've always loved the downtown location, so we were thrilled to have them pop up close by. Huge and delicious greasy burgers, stellar fried bologna sandwiches and a grilled cheese that my kid adores. Sides are all pretty standard, but good. And it's interesting how they're serving Arnold Palmer and margarita mix frozen from the machine. Then you can purchase a little bottle of booze to add to it. Haven't seen that before but it makes sense. So far they've been pretty busy, and service has been great.

Solid! Not much to report here. It's Maple & Motor. Food outstanding and customer service is even better. The stand out for me was there fries. Crispy and firm. Everything was fresh and made to order. Have been here twice in the last 7 days and may be back tomorrow.

Such amazing food and great staff! I've come to this location twice and the food is always fresh and fast. The burgers are pretty huge, so you definitely get your money's worth. The cheeseburger is super juicy and flavorful-- I especially love the chopped pickles inside. Totally worth coming down to Maple and Motor if you're craving a homemade burger!

I've heard about this place and decided to try it out. It's bright and clean inside. It's a nice family place. I went thru the line, ordered a cheeseburger and tots. It's a staple here, safe and they are famous for them. I was not disappointed. It's an incredibly juicy burger and the tots were crispy and fresh. Everything was on point. I highly recommend it.

The burgers are very good, but should be hotter but very juicy and tasty. Also, the onion rings and cheese fries were great. One big knock on the place is that they need to have some child options like a mini burger. Also the soda selection needs to be a bit more traditional... No Dr Pepper was there or Coke. They still need to work out some service kinks, but all in all, I'm glad to have the location nearby. Will definitely be back.
