They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from and also offer samples if you're not sure what to choose! The service is spot on, and they young lady inside always greets you with a warm smile and welcomes you in while entering. They have colorful spoons to choose from and a bench outside to enjoy your delicious treat. Make sure you pick up a rewards card where after purchasing 10 scoops of ice cream your next scoop is free!Mad Mikes is located in a shopping plaza so there's no need to worry about parking since parking is always ample. Come here and try out one of the coldest ice creams in the DFW and I know you won't regret it. The prices are fair and average while the ice cream and service is second to none!

When you love homemade apple pie but it's too hot outside to bake one, go get a scoop or two (or a pint) of Mad Mike's apple pie ice cream. It's soooooo so good. It doesn't have chunks of pie in it, it's simple and smooth, but it tastes just like a perfect apple pie. It's all-American-summery and fall-spice-y at the same time. Any apple dessert is my favorite dessert, so naturally this apple pie ice cream is my favorite. But honestly this ice cream is just so good I can't imagine not liking any of them. Sure I have preferences but it's all homemade, freshly made, old fashioned, extra creamy, top quality ice cream -- you just can't go wrong. They have all your classic flavors covered, of course, and even plain strawberry or vanilla will have you thinking nothing could taste better. Some of my other favorite flavors are the caramel pecan cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake, and pumpkin chocolate chip. Clearly I'm a fan of baked goods.. I also really love the coconut, cinnamon, and salty caramel. The staff is always beyond kind. The prices are great, especially considering how thoroughly delicious this ice cream is. Buy a pint or a quart of take home and get a scoop to go! They offer cups, sugar cones, waffle cones and waffle bowls, floats, shakes, and sundaes.

I really enjoyed this place. Their ice cream was good and it was only one guy working and he handles the crowd well.

Man I Love Mad Mike's ice cream!! I used to live just a couple of minutes away from here when it first opened! I was here all the time! I wasn't on yelp yet so I never left a review. This place is awesome and feels like and old school ice cream shop. They have tons of flavors and always have something new to try. They are very friendly and courteous! There is also floats , shakes, sundaes and malts if you want something different . They have a reward card so can earn free scoops ! It's hot outside! Go get some ice cream from Mad Mike's!!

The ice cream is delicious and the people here are awesome. The cones are fantastic. Don't hesitate to come.

Well this little gem was a win win for me! Very first visit the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and explained the process to me. I decided on cookies and cream my fave! I had him put caramel on top. It was delicious and creamy and not overly sweet. The store itself is pretty basic a couple of tables and chairs with the ice cream behind the glass. Reminded me of the ice cream shops from way back when.

So- the ice cream is legit... but the service took me aback We went last night, in search of scratch made sweets- and this was very good!! Now the weird/gross part---There were 4 of us, and luckily I received help from the girl who was working. One of my boys and my husband received help from a younger boy. While scooping the ice cream out, he literally took a taste for himself (out of the container!) He didn't serve us with this utensil, but he legitimately took a bite while waiting on us and then talked with his mouth full while getting my husband's order.Yep- gross... definitely NOT professional

Simply perfect! Mad Mike doesn't have the exotic flavors that have become trendy, so you won't find any jalapeno flavors here. What you will find is super high quality

Great ice cream and great service plus the prices are really great. I was surprised to get a HUGE scoop of quality ice cream in a waffle cone for under $5. Hard to find that anywhere.The lady working the counter was SO amazing and really made you feel right at home. Got the Apple Pie ice cream which was absolutely incredible. What an incredible find! best food 10 out of ten such nice workers i recommend there service amazing better then braums so nice if u want new flavors like my favorite lemon crunch flavors your mouth deserves and disires
