Luci's Chicken -N- Rice

Chicken tenders are a miss here -- no seasoning, lacking any juiciness, not even a drop of oil, meat dry with an odd spongy texture.And they only offer a bland white gravy to dip in. Ask for ranch and you'll get packets.I added a star for these two sides...They have one of the best fast food fried okras around -- breading intact, not slimy inside. Onion rings were hot and also hit the spot. But again, lack of dipping sauces hurt them. Fries and coleslaw are skippable. Drive thru is a nice addition. Workers are young but do okay, but drive thru is somewhat slow.

Another chicken spot in the area and here's how it went. A 3 piece crispy chicken with coleslaw and what I thought was dirty rice, but could have been fried rice. Chicken was juicy and tasty. Coleslaw was pretty good too. Rice wasn't bad but had to order it since they were out of Mac n cheese. Food was nice and hot. Don't have many negative things to say other than an annoying fruit flying kept buzzing around my food as I was eating.

Customer Service is outstanding.! Chicken is amazing! Meals are inexpensive.! Sides are good except for the fried rice... no flavor and a little chewy. Although i didn't have mashed potatoes this time, usually Mashed potatoes are good except I wish it came with brown gravy not white. Slaw is good and sweet. Overall I'd say, give this place a Try!

We love this place. Nice people work there (the one-star reviewers sound like disgruntled ex-employees). Their chicken is terrific and we often get the fried shrimp - it's great. The cocktail sauce is great with a little kick from horseradish. Sides are good. Had mushy corn on the cob once, but the next couple of times it was good. We'll keep coming as long as they keep serving that good fried shrimp!

Love the fresh chicken. Service was fast and very friendly at the drive up window. Prices are amazing for the food you get.

Very friendly staff but Very disappointing food to say the least. Tiny cold tenders that seem to have been previously frozen and flavorless, kinda warm but dry fried rice. This place looks like it'd be good but it's just sad.

Chicken was horrible. I ordered 15 pieces and all of the pieces were super crunchy and DRY. i lost my appetite after one piece. Family was disgusted as well. Sides were good. This place was amazing when they opened but it has gone downhill past few months.service was fast and staff were friendly. I cannot possibly come back here though. Horrible

I love this place especially on Monday & Tuesday for the 2pc special it's always fresh and hot so good definitely recommend!

This place has definitely gone downhill. I have been coming here for years every week at a stop to the three times a week but not anymore. They just lost a customer the new girl they have working. hate the job and it reflects their rude to the customers not very professional. I got there around eight took forever to take my order due to the fact that the person in front of me cannot decide what she wanted. Basically they kicked us out and said the lobby was closing. to the short staff which is a lie because there's always the same girls there no more no less you ask for the special and they charge you more. The specials have changed they're super expensive it's cheaper to eat at Popeyes or any other restaurant chain then there I asked for a manager to speak about my situation, the manager yelled from the back and never came to the front very rude. This is the brother of the owner I believe very rude. If the owner is reading this, he should put his brother in check not cool I am no longer gonna come here. I used to drop money like nothing because it was food and when it comes to food, I splurge, but they lost me last time I got an order I was also not given the correct stuff when I asked for three chicken strips I only got two they cheat you out of strips they cheat you out of stuff they never have mac & cheese and if I do, it's always dry. The quality has gone down and the people are rude and they talk back! What gets me is the mouth on the girls at the front so rude and unprofessional! They really need to be taught how to treat customers and everything about customer service. They look like high school kids and the generation now doesn't really care. I never flex on these girls the I don't care about customer attitude! And then when you pull up and pay for your item, they'll tell you after you paid after you've been waiting for a while that it's going to be another 15 minutes for chicken

Great food, cheap price, and relatively fast for fast food! Workers were pleasant too :) this is a good local place and I'd recommend the spicy chicken sandwich.
