Luci's Chicken -N- Rice

Fast service & super polite! Didn't enjoy the fried rice, but the chicken strips were good. Will return & try other things on the menu

This was my family and I first time here. Everything was going good until I got home and there was no sauce that I asked for. And I asked for 3 pice dark. And I got a leg thigh and a breast. My breast was still red in the middle. And my fries was still raw. And in my husband's food he has hair or something on the fries. I also ordered a small frie for my daughter and she was like ewww no like like and she loves fries. I couldn't even take a pic of my food because I was so disappointed. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

I expected the combination fried rice to have more sauce than it did considering we ordered the Baja and Aloha together. I also wish they sold the sweet and spicy sauce. Other than that, the food was good.

I will give this place 1 star because I can't give it less. I ordered a 10 piece chicken with fries and the chicken should've been mixed, but there are only 4 pieces of white meat that when old and dried up and the rest was dark which should've been more even. The French fries were cold,half burnt and Uneditable. I also ordered 5 piece chicken tenders and fries. Those were very old and fries stale. I don't know it until I got home with the food. This was around 5:45 so you would think the food would be fresh. This is the 3rd we have tried them. We will not go there again even though it is close to home. It is really sad because it was pretty good about 4 years ago. Lesson learned.

Went into the restaurant today to place a Togo order for Uber eats and they had a customer at the counter picking up food with no mask on or even with him! An employee behind the counter walking around up front and in back with his mask as a chin guard! Would not recommend this place to anyone who is not trying to stop the spread of the pandemic!

Literally payed for my food & immediately got it after & it was fresh, hot & delicious. Customer service was great. Love that hot sauce & chicken.

The service was pretty fast, and food made fresh it the plate was HOT (which I don't mind I prefer hot food over cold). Ive always came here when I used to work in Arlington, I came from Seattle to come visit family and decided to stop by my favorite chicken and rice place. I didn't go inside but the atmosphere seemed about the same as always, just quiet and relaxing without that many kids yelling.Decided to do this review bc it seems it's been a while since their last pictures sooo...let me show y'all how it is still looking.

Best value. great chicken and sides! Not a long wait time with the drive thru. Inside is clean and the staff was pleasant!

Absolutely delicious. Fresh ,hot, and cooked just right. Luci's is my favorite place to get chicken tenders. Cream gravy is just right.

Food wasn't fresh!! Service was good but I just couldn't get over when I got home I stay about five minutes away so I couldn't understand why my food was cold!!
