I think the reason I give it only 3 is because I think I had higher expectations for this place. The service was outstanding but the food was ok, the prices are great BUT the chips and salsa were my biggest disappointment. The salsa was watery the chips weren't so good. I was hoping for better. I had the sampler platter which was good and my friends had the Tijuana platter and the Enchilada platter. Will I go back? Maybe I'll think about trying it again during HAPPY HOUR

I wasn't impressed at all by the food here. The parking lot is always full so I thought it meant the food was good. I was wrong.Chips were stale and salsa had no flavor (I tried to add salt to help it along). Hubby had the chicken nachos and they were oaky. The sour cream enchiladas landed flat. No flavor, just blah. Mansfield really struggles with quality Mexican restaurants. There are other places far better than this if you're open to leaving Mansfield.

We went at happy hour time. Service was fast & friendly. The chips were light & crunchy. I loved the hot spicy salsa. We shared a chicken quesadilla meal, which comes with 2 cups of sides (can be substituted), a bed of lettuce, diced tomatoes, a small scoop of guacamole & small scoop of sour cream. We subbed the rice & refried beans with a cups of charro beans at no extra cost. We got a box for 3 pieces of the quesadillas. The quesadillas were pretty good, tasty. Chicken was a bit dry, but the toppings mediated this. The cup of charro beans had generous amount of beans, so it was quite filling! Flavor was not bad, not the best I've had. The lime margarita on the rocks was great, $5.95, worth going back for! We split the bill, $14.54 each person before tips. The place was clean, spacious with colorful Latino theme. This place is typically packed at dinner time, would come early.

The food is totally the highlight here. Everything we ordered was on point and the service was quick. Fajitas were smoking hot on the cast iron plate and the tacos were crispy and delicious. The rice and beans were so go that my toddlers asked for more. The margaritas were also well made and easy to take down on a hot day.

Well starting the place looks nice. My wife and I have been there twice. The first time our server felt like it's important to chat with his coworkers more instead of serving his tables and second time our server didn't bring my wife food out, we had to ask a different server to do it. The food Is good I got the menudo one night and only thing I wish it had was bigger chunks of tripe. Also they have illegal 51 percent sign inside the sign is for establishments who sales are more alcohol and than food. If that be that case kids shouldn't be allowed in since they are considering themselves as a bar not a restaurant. If the sign is not removed tabc will be getting a call they could lose their liquor license.

Went here for lunch, I've been but the building before when it was a different Mexican establishment. I was anxious to try the food as the reviews seemed good and the pictures appeared to show large portions on the plates. For the food, it was good. I had the Chimichanga with fajita beef inside. Meat was flavored well, had a lot of cheese inside as well. Came with with rice and bean, guacamole, sour cream, and pico. I ordered the lunch place, tho this was big enough for a dinner plate. Chips and salsa are complementary, and they come in a BIG bowl!!! The salsa was good, and they brought a small helping of a warm black bean dip which was good as well.Where the location faltered, 1. The music was WAY loud, a few others mentioned it and they turned it down slightly, but to have a conversation you'd have to raise your voice enough to talk.2. Seems on of the employees family members were the with a young child that cried the whole time. The employee came and stood at the table for long periods of time, all the while the child crying and echoing through the entire establishment. Not a very pleasing atmosphere for dining.3. I had ordered a beer, came in the larger cup, after a few sips I saw strawberry seeds floating around the inside as well as along one side of the rim of glass. Was a bit grossed out about that and turned me off immediately in regard to finishing anything left in front of me. It's a good thing I'm not allergic to strawberries, but how they got there is my concern, as the seeds on the rim of the glass were in the same shape as if someone had taken a drink from that particular side of the glass.
