This place is SO fun for UT game days. The vibe is unreal. I went to watch the game there while I was home for the holidays, and it actually felt like I was at the game. There was a great MC and everyone was hyped and yelling at the TVs like we were in the stadium.The food was pretty good. We got mozzerella cheese sticks and onion rings and they were perfect for splitting. The drinks were solid too, I enjoyed my cherry sour.There are TVs everywhere so no matter where you sit you're not missing anything. If you can't be at the game, this is 100% the next best thing.

This place is a rip off. Mandatory tip was required on party of 2. 71.00+ for 6 chicken tenders, a side of fries, an appetizer and 2 waters and an ice tea. The service was HORRIBLE. The waitress had "crybaby" tattooed on her chest and was terrible at her job. Didn't put our food order in and then when asked about it 30 mins later, she lied and said it was in. 5 mins later she came back and asked what sauce we wanted on our chicken,. The Manager is even worse that her. She should not be in a leadership position. The manager followed us out complaining how bad of customers we were for questioning the extra food added, $4 bottles of water and a manatory tip of 20% because there is a game on at a sports bar. Mike the manager's manager came out and told her to go back inside 2 or 3 times so he and I could speak. She would not answer if it was ok to lie to a customer about their order. Mike tried hard to keep up as customers. I won't go back in there. The place should really be ashamed of how they treat customers who choose their business over so many others. If there is a game on, expect added costs to your bill.

The only reason for three stars is because of the service and the quality of pool tables. Two of them were not even even functioning they ate my money twice good thing the owner helped out though thank you for that. Two servers ignored me when I asked for help with the pool tables so I then had to venture towards the owner! :(The food however was great delicious mixed vegetables 10/10 as recommended by our server. The pita bread was pretty good! Solid Salad 10/10 And a Decent Artichoke Dip 6/10 The cheese was not stringy or gooey because it had been sitting (Words from my GF) Cool setting! very fun. I love all the games that they had there. Mix of arcade and bar and I'm sure it's a great time when there's a live show playing on that stage , we will likely/ probably return in the future. My girlfriend rated this place, a 5 out of 10. A friend and I met up here to watch a game, and this bar has a ton of tv's and is perfect to watch the game. They have drink specials during the game, and a DJ as well. The vibe was pretty cool, and I'll definitely come back to watch a game here again. We ordered the queso as an appetizer, and it was amazing! It's definitely in one of my top 10 flavors. Service was pretty good, and parking was decent. I'll definitely come back to watch a game.

If you're looking for a classy sports bar with amazing service and a great venue, there is no better place in Dallas than Longhorn Icehouse. Over the years, this has been my go to for UT football games, UFC and boxing matches. There's been a lot of change over the years on the staff side, but Renee has been the anchor throughout. She is an amazing bartender and just an overall great person with an amazing smile. Go to Longhorn Ice. You will not regret it!!

I really hate to share this bad experience.. but tadayyyy I had horrible service!! They even tried to kick us out b/c our server said we were rude...but the real issue is that she didn't do her job and we had to request things, like a menu, silverware, the essentials!! Like wtf! My food came out cold, the drinks had to be sent back... they even put the 20% gratuity on our ticket ( the manager did take it off) they've never charged us for that all season (football).. the manager told us that we could finish watching the game but they weren't willing to continue serving us.. she said they if we weren't pleased with their service we could go somewhere else! Really.. we knowwww that.. manager Shelley would have never told us that! The servers/ waitress need more training!! I hate that I may never come here again b/c I really enjoyed coming here to watch the football games but yall can have it!! Shelley I'm sorry, you are wonderful but when you're not there our group doesn't get treated right
