Lone Star Pizzeria

We've been going to this pizzeria for four years now. They are the real deal. The pizzas are quality, tasty and the people are awesome. Great atmosphere and friendly hometown people making excellent food.

Maypearl's hidden gem, hands down the best pizza I've had in Texas. All the employees are nothing but the best, down home Christian family run business.

The pizza was ok but....why are they wearing gloves if they touch Everything including their hair and face without changing gloves?

Great small-town pizza place. You order at the counter then they bring the pizza to your table. I'll elaborate when I return someday.

The pizza is great but the servers and food preparation team are not wearing masks properly and most are not covering any part of their mouth or nose. Socializing unmasked behind the counter. I would have taken pictures but most appear to be minors.

I am a pizza snob; nothing but NY thin or Chicago deep dish. This pizza may rank with Chucky Cheese! Soggy frozen crust, tiny diced cheese (see photos) that was barely melted. It looks like it was cooked in a broiler! Top was browned but all the cheese was not melted leaving the crust uncooked & doughy. And what pizza place doesn't offer fresh garlic as a topping??? Do NOT TRY THIS PLACE!

So Good! We go there a couple of times a month. Pizza is excellent and the hot chocolate chip cookies are amazing! They are the size of a small pizza. We have had the chicken wings, garlic cheese bread, salads, and sandwiches. Everything was delicious! We often order pizzas and then pick them up. Always ready and so good. I highly recommend Lonestar Pizza. The owners and the people who work there are amazing. They are always very friendly.

Was craving a Caesar salad but my husband wasn't so we ordered a small...won't be ordering this ever again. Pizza is good though

This is a great no frails pizza restaurant. You order at the counter and the bring the pie our when ready. Service was fast and friendly. They have about 8 standard pizzas, you can add or delete ingredients. We had the thin crust and it was amazing. No alcohol just standard fountain drinks and ice tea. They did have several large screen TVs and a large projection screen. I'll go back. The ambiance was prefect small twon country.

We are regular thin crust pizza eaters and this is our go to place. So what is so special about it? The taste of the dough and the fixins; try all of their pizzas. And the caesar salad is delicious! We've been to other places in Waxahachie and we simply cannot find another place better than this one. The customer service is great, we are regulars now. I see the reviews of being sanitary and I'm unsure of guidelines in Maypearl but it's common sense if you are frequently washing your hands you don't need gloves and if you are preparing food in restaurants hairnets should be worn. You want your customers to know their food in being prepared in a safe and trustworthy environment.
