La Playa Maya Hudson Oaks

Stopped in after picking our truck up from the body shop.We split a meal that contained three enchiladas and a taco. We also got a cup of queso.Service is slow. Food is OK.Hubs liked it but I tried his food and it came out cold.

The food is FANTASTIC!!! And the service is top notch! Veronica has helped us every time, and hands down is the best I have ever met! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHECKING THIS PLACE OUT!

So far everything I have ordered here has been good. Great Ceviche. I love their chips and hot sauce.

Thought I'd give it another try after a few years. Still okay but not my favorite. Just not seasoned enough for my likings

Meh! We arrived at 8 on a Friday night and we're seated quickly. Loved music in the background, but that's where the good times came to an end. Hubby ordered Mexican plate and it was just all bland, no salt, no pepper no chile...just meh. I had the Chile relleno...meh

I went there after a bible study with my friends. I ordered a chicken chimichanga and received a beef one. I tried to tell the waitress of the error but she didn't hear me talking to her and she walked away. When she discovered her error, she said sorry, was good though right? Well, I wanted a chicken so wasn't as good as I expected. Nothing else was done about the situation.

Always have great tacos here. Also service is friendly & responsive. Atmosphere is good.

Ordered chili relleno and it was terrible. The "crust" was dark brown, burned and tasted like cake batter. After I removed that, I found a small, halved chili with almost no meat in it.Won't be back. The staff was nice.

We ate here tonight. Sat in Bar area. On top of the food being marginal (cheese enchiladas were cold) I had a two inch chicken BONE in my chicken enchiladas. I told the guy up front and he said he would mention to manager. No apology. No offer to get the manager. Service was slow as lots were standing around watching soccer match. We are done. Will not go back.

I phoned in a order to go order - which I don't normally do.....and I was pleasantly surprised, the young lady who took my order was so patient and very helpful and suggested a different meal so I could get what I was looking for. It was really good - the chicken was a little dry but everything else was great - I will definitely order here again....
