La Hechizera Tortas

Stopped by here for a quick lunch since I was in the area for training. The inside is nice and was impressed how clean it was. Ordered three tacos since they were small and a tostado. Now be aware this place is not cheap. Their 20oz Diet Coke was $4. That's a bit high for anybody's standards. I also ordered a tostada.They lost some stars for the confusion also. I ordered three tacos but only gave me 2. However, they messed up both of our orders at our table and gave us the wrong food. After going back to the counter twice I decided not to go back for the 3rd time when they shorted me a Barbacoa taco.The food was good but not good enough with the hassles to come back.

Food was ok. They own me the steak that was left off my chilaquiles, but otherwise, not bad. Maybe a bit more attention to the little things (like getting the order right) and I may try again.

Wasn't overly impressed. My food was cold and a bit bland :(Jamaica was good though. Can't say I'd come back.

Let me start by saying how much I looooveee this restaurant! It does not matter which location that I go to or when the environment is always clean, food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly. This review is from my most recent visit at the end of August. The owner (Ivan) of this location is amazing though I have to say. He let me know that if there was any issues I ever have I can let him know. It's either dine in or carry out but like I said either way is always great! Stopped in on a whim. Was in the area for a cheer competition. This place was amazing, for starters it is veryyyyy clean! Even the bathrooms! Super clean. The service was very friendly and informative on the menu! I decided on the huarache de fajita and it was AMAZING. I wanted to try a pastor taco also and MANNN it was delicious. I'm convinced everything on the menu is probably great! I'm not in the area often but if i am this will forsure be my go-to spot. Great place!

Food was amazing! Service was great and the atmosphere was very clean and comfortable. The two front employees kept it so clean, as soon as a group left they cleaned the table right away. Restrooms were probably the best I've ever seen at a small restaurant like this one.

Third time here & this place hasn't disappointed! I've never tried a pambazo till now!!! I loved it! It had chorizo with potatoes, lettuce, queso fresco, & sour cream! It was delicious!

I ordered on DoorDash and the torta did not do any justice to how good I remember the torta being. I would definitely not order Food from here if you're expecting a good torta like you normally get, i believe the cheese was missing and I didn't get any jalapeños, the torta was packed in a cardboard bag which had no support...so disappointed, as I usually go to the location on Jefferson. I just won't go back to or order from this location.

Tasteless.....save your money.....milanesa was as thin as paper and cut in small pieces......same with ham and two white cheese

Food was ok at best, and server sneaked a huge tip on my bill, and he was a counter server so not like he brought the food to table just disappointing.
