I'm finally getting around to do this review. I have been there twice in the last two weeks. First time I got the Kastaway Platter, this was great....now of course you get pieces instead of the clusters but you get 2 pounds!! And I added a lobster tail. Flavor was great! The first time I ordered I got the K-Style butter. Very good...slightly spicy but not bad at all. This was a great deal even though you didn't get crab clusters!The second time I ordered I got the Krab platter and an extra cluster. This time I tried the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. While they were both good, I would prefer the K-Style butter. The staff there is very nice and helpful when I went the first time. I was shown my order before I left so I know I got the right thing. And let me tell you, hold the containers with two hands because they stuff the container FULL!!!!! This will probably be my go to place in the future as I thorougly enjoyed the food.Two things....my lobster tail was a little tough but the flavor was still there. And the potatoes while very tasty I wasn't sure if if it was a baker potato mashed, or it was actual potato pieces. But overall I loved the food and will definitely be going back!P.S. They gave me everything I needed to enjoy my crab boil at home!!!

This location has potential with a few changes. Pros: Good flavor, large portions, reasonable pricing. Con: Butter was cold, the potatoes are sliced and tiny in size, the sausage was oily, and the lobster tail was over cooked. I would recommend added a skewer in the back to avoid it from curling up when cooked.

Social Media! Popular food reviewer brought me to this location looking for seasoned seafood and well...it was a disappointment. The owners have missed the mark regarding pricing and portion. $23 -The fried lobster tail was good but very much on the small side. The waffle was soft and flabby, not impressed.$16 - Krab cluster was cold and the sauce tasted manufactured $9 - Whitney Houston shot was literally the size of a plastic medicine cup$1- Boiled Egg texture was way off and gave fauxTotal $54.00. The location is convenient, parking is good, dining room is okay with awkward bathroom placement, cashier was sweet and the drink menu had some unique names, but that's it.

I really wanted to like this place. They are close to home and I've seen good things online about them. Based on reviews it seems they can be crowded with long wait times. So I decided to order online so I could grab my food and enjoy it at home.I ordered online, very smooth process. I arrived a little early to the restaurant and was promptly greeted by the friendly waitstaff. My food was not ready so I sat and waited. Small but clean place but I noted that there were only 2 people eating in the restaurant, maybe because it was a Thursday?Anyway I get my order, they opened the box and from what I could see it appeared to be correct and left the restaurant. I got home and sadly learned that my order was in fact not correct. I was missing my sausage which is one of my favorite items! I still decided to try it out, and realized it was partially on me as they showed me the food before leaving (I assumed sausage was under other food). Here's where I unfortunately continued to be disappointed. The crab legs presented were small, not fresh, and overcooked. The potatoes were hard and underdone. The only edible option was the corn, so I guess I'm lucky I had 4 pieces lol. Maybe I went in a bad day, I don't know. But can't say I'll be back to find out.

I went to Krustaceans Saturday afternoon. It's a really nice black owned restaurant. They had a decent crowd in the afternoon but we didn't need a reservation. The decor was casual and fun. Now let's talk about the food. We got the small shrimp platter with the garlic Parmesan sauce. It was tasty but I think the Cajun or Spicy may be better. I will try that next time. We also had the fried lobster tail and fried fish. I really liked the fried lobster. It was not over cooked and also affordable. The fish and lobster were both delicious. For my cocktail I had the Swamp King. The flavor was good but more liquor please. I say definitely try this place.I hear the Krab platter is great and I will try it next time. Stop by I think you will like it!!

Decent food. Wait time wasn't long at all. Helpful staff. Good music selection and clean interior. I ordered the fried lobster tail and waffle. Not a lot of meat but it was fried perfectly. Basic waffle, not Belgian. Also, ordered a peach mango daiquiri which was basically all syrup.My friend ordered the fish and chips, macaroni and cheese. I tried the Mac and it was not worth the 13.99 price tag unfortunately. Bland and a weird combination of cheese. She also ordered the candy bowl (small fishbowl drink) which she enjoyed.3.5/5 overall

Almost forgot to take pictures the food smelled so good. Stuffed seafood baked potatoes was amazing!!! The service was super friendly and helpful. Their air went out but it was still comfortable and worth a little heat! They kept our drinks refilled and made sure to check on us periodically.

A friend and I decided to check this place out because we were craving seafood. We don't live in this area so we made the drive out to Lewisville to check it out after seeing and hearing great things about it on social media. The service was AWESOME!! The staff was very attentive and had great attitudes. They really made it a positive experience for us. The drink suggestions were on point. They let us sample their famous punch and it did not disappoint! Ultimately we went with their Kandy Bowl. It was strong, super sweet and fruity and super cute! If you like fun fruity drinks but still strong. I would recommend the Kandy Bowl. I will say, we were a bit disappointed in the food. I had the regular fried fish (Sway) with fries and my friend had the fried lobster tail and waffle. Both lacked a bit of flavor. We used a tiny bit of salt and some hot sauce to add some flavor. We also had the Mac and cheese which was really bland and didn't have great consistency. If I lived closer I'd give them another try. Sometimes, places have an off day and the quality of service was so great it's worth giving another shot. But because of the distance I don't think I'll be making my way back out there any time soon.

Nothing to brag on here. The food was good. Nothing to return back to though. Crab was a little over cooked too.

Food was great. Alexis was very helpful. The food was so good, very tasteful. Answered all of our in depth questions. Very attentive customer service for our first time. We will definitely be back.
