First time trying this place out via UberEats. Ordered around 9 PM on Sunday evening. Food arrived according to order. Interesting that they had reheat instructions - I really appreciate it that.Miso Ramen (pork only, remove bamboo, remove green onions) - Pork had excellent smokey flavor & was very tender. Noodles were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of bounce. Broth was very salty. In my opinion. Soft egg was cooked perfectly.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed. I would recommend & I would go back again.

My brother & I had the karashimiso and tonkotsu ramens. Both were delicious and had great flavors; however, if your spice tolerance is on the lower side I would recommend just the regular miso or tonkotsu since the karashimiso does have kicks of spice to it. It is located by UTA, so if you are a student there or just around the Arlington area this is a solid place when you're craving ramen. Parking can also be difficult as there is limited street parking but there is a parking garage nearby you can park at to then walk over to the restaurant. The establishment itself is majority self service. When you enter, kiosks will be seen to your left where you can input and pay for your order. Then take a seat at any table available and a server will bring you water and your utensils. Our food was brought out fairly quick and there was not much wait time. The restaurant itself is decently sized with various size tables to enjoy ramen whether that be by yourself with bar styled seating or tables with a partner, friend, or small group.

To know: if driving, probably easiest to park in the parking garage behind the restaurant and walk around to the door unless you're lucky to find street parking! Also, order at the iPads on the left when you enter, tap the names to get a description, tap "add to order" to, well, add to your order and pay right there at the self-serve kiosk. Note: Spiciness is gauged by pepper, so know that Habanero and Ghost Pepper are "medium" and "hot" and if you like spice, this is the place for you - they do NOT skimp!Got spicy edamame (delicious and nicely spicy) plus spicy miso, Habanero spicy. I love that it comes with a chashu and a chicken breast slice, both tender and tasty. Quality is excellent, even the spice! I love spicy food but would probably go down to "mild" next time to better enjoy the rich broth without burning lips, lol. Also got the tonkatsu ramen, same spice level, same feedback, though the person who ordered this was jealous of my ramen's corn addition.Chilled glass water bottles are served with glasses of ice for a great way to put out the fire of the spice in another self-service method. We also had hot sake which was nice and smooth and warming on a chilly day.Inside has a small dining room + some ramen bar seating, all seat yourself after you order and pay. Somehow they just know what you ordered and bring it to you when it's ready!Would definitely come here again when in Arlington!

Hits the spot! Quick, simple place that fulfills your ramen needs! When you walk in, you order at a kiosk, pretty easy. Seat yourselves wherever, it's small but you have some options such as the counter, tables, & there's even a small area with outdoor seating by the entrance. At the counters they even have outlets all around for you to plug your chargers in, devices, or whatever. Pretty sure it's helpful for all the college kids!We had the Karashi Tonkotsu & Dracula's Bane. The Tonkotsu we choose mild, just enough spice. Dracula's Bane was mine, so flavorful with creamy broth! Both of us agreed that the soft egg was just perfect, the chasu was so tender, & the homemade noodles are superb! I did wish that our dishes were a bit hotter, not pipping hot where you have to wait forever to cool down but it could've been somewhat hotter when it arrived. Water is brought with glasses & a bottle, very convenient. The staff is also amazing! We were greeted instantly upon arrival even though they were pretty busy. The waiter asked if we had been there before, directed us to the kiosk, & explained seating. Chefs were nice too, smiling at the counter. Really wonderful customer service from everyone, they were also quick to get orders out while being attentive to their guests.I highly recommend paying them a visit!

It's a cozy small restaurant. Easy to order from the kiosk and then find your own seats. Service is very quick and they were all attentive. It wasn't crowded when I went so we weren't crunched for time to eat and get out since seating was slightly limited. The ramen and takoyaki were delicious.

Great food. Definitely get the soupless ramen. I forgot the name but yeah it's great. So is the takoyaki and fries and karage. Prices are pretty good too.

I order the creamy vegetarian ramen and i was satisfied. I also ordered a side of habanero sauce ro add to it and it made it even more delicious. My friend ordered the pork ramen and swore it was "some good tasting pork" indicating its freshness was the biggest take away. It did take a minute for each order to come so it seems like the ramen is made to order so don't think you'll be in and out. The restaurant wasn't AS spacious but it was Well lit and the serves come around with glass jars for easy water refills. I'd recommend for an intimate date or lunch.

Came here for dinner with my husband on a Saturday night. We wanted to sit inside and the place is VERY small so we put our name on the waitlist and we waited for about 20 minutes. I must say that I wasn't expecting to have to enter my order on a tablet, I prefer restaurants that offer full service. I was kinda shocked by this. This sort of thing you see in California so I wasn't expecting to deal with that here in Texas. Once we entered our full order on the tablet the server (maybe half server? since they don't take your order) told us where we could sit. Beers and sake showed pretty fast, followed by the appetizer, chicken karaage. Then we got our ramens that were very good. We really like this ramen place, it's our favorite one in the area. Unfortunately, I can't give this place 5 stars because they don't provide full service. I think restaurants need to stay away from QR codes and tablets and offer the "normal" service they used to offer before 2020.

Really good food , service , and ambiance. If you're someone like me who doesn't eat pork, don't worry you're able to substitute that with chicken or vegetarian options. Overall 10 out of 10.
