The food is pretty good and cooked made to order so freshness is no issue. The service (customer service) is not as great because both times I've went they aren't very friendly and seem to have the attitude as if we doing you a favor letting you eat here lol. At least that's what it seems like. Doesn't really bother me as much as it would most people but it is noticeable. The ambiance is just a traditional small business set up. I think the restaurant caters more to to-go customers than those that actually sit and eat.

Terrible customer service ordered thru DoorDash and this restaurant use its own driver which is fine but they need to learn how to talk to people! They said I love to far from them but door dash allowed and that's between them and DoorDash and when I called the woman that said she was the manager was just rude and I canceled my order and than the did deliver about a hour late and the lady than accused me of getting free food! Well they got there food back I didn't want it for free just a delivery time frame would of been nice!Terrible customer service rude woman on the phone don't order from here terrible service All she had to say when I called was a time frame when food would get here and being rude to me !

I've been here three times and never had to pay for that red sauce that goes with the egg rolls, the guy at the counter gives me attitude saying the cashier should've charged me. Yall are loosing money giving out feee egg rolls but sauce is where you draw the line? Get a grip. Customer service needs improvement in general because they're rude, never smile, and all around just snarky

I ordered combination fried rice and paid for extra extra chicken. My order was $22. I was at work and couldn't eat it right away, but when I did, I noticed there was no shrimp in it. I called the restaurant and they said I should have called them right away and they couldn't do anything about it. All I was looking for was an apology.
