Kim & Jenny's Restaurant

Breakfast is the best deal. Special comes with a tea or coffee. Biscuit and Gravy was great. Eggs were cooked medium and perfect. Hubby got the Ham as his meat and I got Sausage. Both were good.

So in Texas you eat BBQ, after 4 days it's time to clean out the insides. On day 5 I opted for a veggie plate with coffee at Kim & Jenny's.First dish was the salad, just enough with tomatoes and lettuce plus a side of Italian. For my main course I chose a soft muffin, green beans, carrots and mandarin oranges. The veggies were delicious and even the bread was really good, soft, airy and buttery. Who knew veggies could be so good!My server kept my coffee filled without my even asking, that's always a good sign. The restaurant was quiet and has a friendly air about it. I liked the feel of it.They also offer a military discount!

We brought the family here for breakfast and will definitely add it to the list of places to eat when visiting family in the area. The food was good at a great price and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and our coffee was never empty before being offered a refill. Thank you for the great breakfast and start to our day!

Used to frequent this place because the breakfast was good. Tried to go by there this morning for breakfast and they are closed. And I see that they are only open until 2 pm when they are open. Guess I've seen my last days of Kim & Jenny's.

We absolutely LOVE Kim and Jenny's. We've been coming for two decades and honestly, it feels like eating at a friends place. The charbroiled chicken, southern fried chicken, cod, salad w/ranch and the veggie plates are some of our favorites... but the chicken quesadillas on Wed are the best if you like that homemade quality. Very clean and simple... again, feels like home. Seriously love the owners and the staff is always friendly.

I love supporting our local restaurants, however its been years since I gave this place another try. I ordered the stuffed tomato with chicken salad and a side salad with ranch. Then for 3.50 more I got a side of carrots. Well the salad came out and it was drenched in ranch. Then the stuffed tomato came out and the tomato wasn't ripe and hard as a rock I couldn't cut into it with my butter knife or fork. The scoop of chicken salad on top had zero flavor and the carrots where canned carrots. I had coffee with my lunch but I finished it before the food came out. Never saw a waitress again after we ordered so I had no drink and no way to ask for a ripe tomato so I paid $18 for inedible food. Needless to say I will stick to some of the other local joints. Of course they don't service you because they properly know their food sucks and they don't want to hear it.

Great coffee!!! I drink my coffee black so it's really important that it actually taste good and their coffee hit the spot! Some food was bland but some was just perfect. I felt like the gravy was a miss with no flavor but the biscuits they go on are amazing. Not dry at all and they have a soft middle, I've never had biscuits from a restaurant that were so good. My son had a waffle and they are the thin Waffle House kind that he likes. He was very pleased with his meal. Husband had the Denver omelet with hash brown- the hash browns don't come with the omelet, you have to order those separately. He thought the omelette was a little on the bland side but the hash browns were to his liking. I think they've got the carbs down- so if I end up at Kim and Jenny's again, I'll be excited to try the pancakes

Friendly, fast and efficient service. The food was really delicious, one of the best biscuits I have had in a long time!! The ambience is a small town diner feel. I loved it!!

Great Home-cooked meals, all of the desserts are terrific. Try chocolate cake! Very friendly starr. I visit often!

Literally go weekly (my dad goes every single work day) you cannot get better food or small town service. I cannot say enough about every single person who works here. They are the salt of the earth!
