After being bookmarked for so long, I finally made the visit... well worth the wait! We had about a 40-min wait on an extremely busy Saturday night. This place has a chill and lowkey atmosphere to it. The few staffed that I encountered seemed happy to be there, which is always a good sign. We received house bread that was decent, but it had an eggy taste to it that I didn't love. The Grilled Shrimp and Fettuccine were amazing! I try limiting my pasta intake, but it was worth the bite. It came with a side of Asparagus and let me to you, that base cream sauce was everything. This meal was honestly so good and I wanted so badly to clean my plate. I didn't... but my leftovers made for a delicious midnight snack.

Best Crabcake of My Life!If you're a seafood lover, Kenny's Woodfire Grill is a must-visit! I had the crabcake, and hands down, it was the best I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and paired with three incredible sauces--wasabi, hollandaise, and aïoli--all elevating the dish to another level. The asparagus? Absolutely exceptional! It tasted like it was grilled with a red wine vinaigrette, adding a depth of flavor that complemented everything beautifully. From start to finish, this meal was top-notch. Can't wait to go back! The service was good, but our server wasn't totally attentive. We got asked by several other bartenders if we were OK. The ambience was on point! That was my first time here in the late afternoon but it won't be my lastFollow me for more foodie finds and travel adventures!Instagram: @1sweet_teeTikTok: @nachjourneysYouTube: youtube.com/@upanach#DallasEats #DFWFoodie #FoodieLife #DallasRestaurants #Nachjourneys

So I RAVED to all of my friends, and followers about Kenny's Wood Fired Grill restaurant several weeks back. Now I failed to include a major part of my experience. While having a fun filled dining experience with my daughter. There was a Male server that I'd noticed coughing outwardly and I neglected to mention this because I didn't know What The Hell was happening at that moment in time. Until my daughter and I woke up a day later and weren't feeling well. Unfortunately I ended up testing positive for Covid. I also ended up reaching out to the restaurant manager named Josh. His words were, It's been Over THREE WEEKS and you're just now reaching out? First off, people of today's world make others feel as if their health doesn't come first. I was deathly sick, couldn't talk, and couldn't breathe without coughing severely. I guess if I'd made a spectacle of myself and yelled at the man server that coughed outwardly with his mouth facing me the outcome would've been differently. Because when my body, was feeling better and I'd made an attempt to reach out to the restaurant. It was after the cut off point to report the incident (this is only My assumption). I honestly know that this isn't how Kenny and his colleagues want to be labeled as a business that is less than humane to the point that It was my fault that I got sick while dining in one of his reputable restaurants. This is not the type of service that I'd expected. I've just got up enough strength almost 30 days later to add to my dining experience. I should've contacted OSHA, and the Food & Health Administration. Not really sure if I'd return to this restaurant though.

Kenny's always hits the spot. It was my birthday and they knew how to treat us well. We were sat quickly, and we all got a grey goose martini. Pop overs were soon delivered to the table. We had to spend a bit looking over the menu because there was so much to choose from. I had the tuna nachos and a Caesar salad. So good. The waiter helped us pick out a good bottle of wine, and he sung to me for my birthday. Loved it. The space is cozy and comfy. I just love coming here.

We returned to Kenny's for a take out order. The parking place reserved for food pickup was conveniently located just a few feet from the entrance.Redfish Sandwich (crispy panko crust, L, T, O, P, caper dill aioli) was one of tastiest sandwiches we've tasted. Starting with the redfish, every ingredient was the highest quality. Even the onion.Ribs (St. Louis style, hickory smoked, house barbeque sauce) delivered a flavor and taste that's worth sampling -- especially if you're used to the regular smoked BBQ ribs. The bread and butter included with the order was unexpectedly flavorful. And Heavenly when dipped in the sauce that came with the ribs.Bubbies Potato Cakes (cheddar, smoked bacon, lemondill sour cream) -- a tasty complement to any dish.

In Texas, steakhouses are like cowboy hats: everywhere and not all created equal. Some places are great, but your wallet feels like it's been cattle-rustled. Not Kenny's! Sure, it's not cheap, but it doesn't hit you with that $$$$ price tag either, and let me tell you, Kenny has my heart (and stomach). This time, I took an out-of-town friend who wanted the true Texas steakhouse experience. Perfect excuse to finally try this iteration of Kenny's empire (there's a burger place, an Italian spot, and I swear there's even a pizza joint!). We arrived 45 minutes early, parking was easy-peasy, and we lucked into three seats at the bar. Steakhouse + martini = perfection, right? So, naturally, I ordered their on-tap (!!) Belvedere martini with blue cheese-stuffed olives. This martini was pure bliss: massive, pre-chilled glass, filled to the brim with ice-cold vodka and three high-quality, blue cheese-stuffed olives. I'm still dreaming about it.And, get this--when we asked to split one later, they happily accommodated with fresh chilled glasses and everything! They start you with a warm and huge popover, and come one, who doesn't love a popover! Now, on to the steak: Hubbs and I split the ribeye (because, why not?) and added truffle butter for good measure. It came with mushrooms, and we ordered the Brussels sprouts too. That ribeye? HUGE. We're on day three of leftovers! But the real MVP? The peanut butter pie. No dessert menu here, they just tell you the three options, but sweet Texas heaven--this pie was peanut butter nirvana. If you're even remotely thinking of skipping dessert, don't. Service? Exceptional as always. Kenny, teach the world your hospitality secrets!
