The sweetest people own/run this place! They are so nice to me and my kidsLove their donuts and kolaches!

They make everything fresh and it's amazing. Nothing here is bad. The people working here are super friendly and always happy to see you. It's cheap and wonderful and delicious.Leave a tip, they'll give you a little bag of donut holes for free. I always tip.Their glazed donuts are from childhood memory. Pillowy and light and super sugary. The kolaches are excellent - they come in large and small, and some with or without jalapeno. Sometimes they have bacon ones too. Just go and eat and be happy.

Called in order one day in advance for 2 dozen custom made donuts for my daughter's birthday celebration at school. Customer service over the phone was very good. Lady helping seemed very happy and enthusiastic about creating something special for my little girl. Donuts are pretty and fresh. Moms, try something different, and treat your kiddos' class to donuts instead of cupcakes! This location is a winner!

Best donut shop I've ever been to! Just moved to Grand Prairie and even if you're a little late to wake up, like myself and get there an hour before closing they still have an awesome selection and above all the service is what makes my morning! The women there are such sweethearts, answered all my questions and also called me beautiful when she thanked me and it made my day! Awesome donuts, awesome pig in a blankets, drink selection, and again above all the service is 10/10

I have been coming to this donut shop for years, well before 161 was built. I live in Arlington and worked in Dallas, so I used to stop in before I got to work. The two ladies working in front have always been gracious, kind, and efficient. My favorite item is the pig-in-a-blanket, and I usually buy at least two dozen. The dough is fluffy and a tiny bit sweet, which really accompanies the Little Smoky-type sausage. For my large orders, I always call a couple of hours ahead, and the ladies always have my piggies fresh and hot from the oven. Although there is a donut shop less than half a mile from my house, I prefer driving over to Grand Prairie to JJ's for my donut fix. Those piggies-in-a-blanket accompanied Grand Prairie AirHogs baseball players on many a morning-departure road trip, though the players told me that the piggies rarely made it out of the metroplex before they were consumed!The apple fritters are crisp-tender, full of chopped apples and cinnamon, absolutely delicious. The glazed donuts are light and airy, with a glossy glaze. I highly recommend JJ Donuts!

Amazingly perfect donuts here at JJ. I'm a huge fan of the chocolate eclair, although when I was there yesterday, I had a great cup of hot coffee and a chocolate glazed with the best "first bite" of sweetness of the glaze and a deep coca flavor of the chocolate spread. Least to say, it paired well with rich goodness of the hot coffee! I asked for fresh cup of "Banana Milk" but apparently they were sold out. I heard its great with an apple fritter or cinamon roll!If and when, on your way to Six Flags over Texas, a definite pit stop off the 161 fwy from Interstate 30 is a must! Go JJ Donuts!

This is by far the best donut shop I have ever been to. I've been coming here for years. The ladies who run the shop are the friendliest people I have ever come across. There are other donut shops closer to me but I still drive to JJ Donut Shop!

The donuts themselves are good, but their new prices are so bad, you literally are paying almost $4 for some chocolate sprinkled donut holes....really. That's not even reasonable. Let alone everything else that went up on the menu
