Incredible Ramen with Deep, Rich Flavors! This ramen bar is an absolute gem! The depth of flavor in their chicken-based broth is truly amazing--rich, velvety, and packed with umami in every sip. You can tell they take their time perfecting it, and it makes all the difference. The noodles were perfectly cooked with the right amount of chew, and the toppings were fresh and well-balanced. The service was friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you're a ramen lover, this place is a must-try! I'll definitely be coming back for another bowl.I should also mention- their J- Girl drink is a must try...

FOOD INSTAGRAM: @northtx.gemz**** WHAT THEY'RE KNOWN FOR: many varieties of ramen located everywhere! I believe it's a franchise. THE VIBE: classic Japanese style decorated restaurant PRICE: ~$40 WOULD I COME BACK? Yes.****Overall Rating: 10/10- Ramen places can really be hit or miss in the DFW area but this one is definitely a hit! I was pleasantly surprised especially having a recent bad ramen experience. - Everything we ordered was a hit. I'm obsessed with the matcha lemonade they actually pour it in front of you I would love to try their other mocktails.- The jinya buns were perfect. Sometimes bao bun meat can be thick and nasty but this was really melted in your mouth. - The chicken ramen is the best I've ever had. I feel like with some chicken things it's not as good as pork or beef but this was packed with flavor. Absolutely recommend this spot and service was great.

I'm rarely in Carrollton but given the opportunity, I was here multiple times in one week! For appetizers I had the chashu bun and takoyaki. Came here for the ramen and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Premium Tonkotsu Red spice level 6 and it was a perfect level of heat. The egg was also done perfectly too. The table side show of the matcha was a disaster and ended up a mess on the table because the wrong type of bowl was used when it was poured into the glass. I was told don't worry about it we'll take care of discounting the drinks when the bill arrives. Of course that didn't happen and my interaction with the manager were met with the words "we typically don't issue any kind of refunds or discounts in cases like this". I was pretty appalled and further pressed that when you spill a drink at the bar you usually remake it. If you mess up both drinks, it gets comped. I'm not sure if it's lack of training or hospitality, or both but I shouldn't need to tell a manager how to be customer centric. This manager had to get permission to comp a drink. I'll return again and update this review when the proper utensils are ordered for the matcha lychee lemonade. I'm hoping this was an anomaly.

Very nice dining experience, service is superb, the interior decor is beautiful, and the food is top notch. We came for Ramen, we had much more. The chicken Ramen was plentiful and delicious. We experienced the chicken Ramen with low carb noodles. The shrimp tempura in creamy sauce (the best shrimp tempura in town). The veggie stir fried plate that had eggplant, Brussel sprouts, bell peppers and mushroom was fantastic. The pork wontons were steamed and then pan grilled.Overall, we loved everything, can't wait to be back.

I ordered the chicken chashu bowl, my friend got the pork chashu bowl and we got the spicy creamy shrimp tempura as our appetizer. I honestly didn't love my chicken chashu bowl, it tasted dry and flavor was too strong with some ingredients. However, the portion was really great. The spicy creamy shrimp tempura was decent. I honestly really liked the vibe of the restaurant. It was somewhat spacious but one thing that bothered me was that the tables were way too close to each other that if you're sitting on the inside, it's a bit difficult to get out. The service was pretty decent too. Our server came by often to check up on us.

Great local ramen spot! I've ordered from Jinya a number of times and have dined in as well. The restaurant is new, with a light and airy ambiance. My go-tos are usually the tonkatsu black ramen, pressed salmon sushi and pressed shrimp sushi. The tables are clean, and the servers are super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Visited on Friday at 430 pm and we were greeted and seated promptly. Charlie was so delightful and attentive, she is an excellent server and her kindness is infectious. The broth, it was delightful and overall great. I LOVE spice and I didn't enjoy their hot sauce (think sriracha flavor) and the broth could have been more complex, it was good. It was just missing a layer of complexity to the flavor. We enjoyed our experience and will be back!Arigatou!!

We went on a Saturday night around 5 PM and were seated almost immediately for a party of two. Our waiter was incredibly attentive and checked in on us a few times. I ordered the Premium Red Tonkotsu with a spice level of 3, removed kikurage and egg and added corn. Here's what I loved:The ramen was incredibly delicious. I was amazed at how thick the chashu was! The spice level was perfect, a really nice warmth that wouldn't ruin the flavor of anything else. The ambience of the restaurant was really fun and you're greeting by almost every employee. You're also thanked by them all when you leave. What I didn't love:As others have pointed out, the music was pretty loud. While the ramen was tasty, it was insanely overpriced in my opinion. Not only that, I asked if I could sub in corn for kikurage and egg (all three priced at $2.50 for add on) and was told maybe, only to be charged for the corn add on. That made my bowl $20. I don't feel as though that's a fair price for what is included in something called "premium", even if that applies to the broth.I really enjoyed it, but I won't be returning any time soon due to the price.
